Sokha is by far the best property in Sihanoukville. that's the truth. even though aging, it has a "real" resort atmosphere. At the current prices, the value is excellent. the Beach and pools are amazing, you can't really get better than that in this city. nothing compares in terms of size and location.

we liked it all in general, But the breakfast has seen better days and has limited, for like 4* selection. I do understand that it is hard times for them and the food was still good and plenty. The BBQ buffet in the evening was OK, not beyond.

Check in was fast. Room was ready. Staff were helpful during check-in. Room had enough plugs for chargers/laptop. Wifi was good.

Housekeeping did not replace coffee supples or clean cups and glasses. Had to call them to have it done. The bar had no tonic for a gin and tonic saying it was not available but we purchased tonic in the market. A lot of noise in the halls outside our room. Few things in minibar (coke, sprite, water).

Sensational. The villa was large and the beds were comfortable our villa was located at the far end of the property so a little walk along the gardens to get to reception The beach was on our doorstep and it was very nice. Staff kept the gardens clean and were friendly. The food was good and the breakfast was huge. Overall a great few days

Friendly staff, location is very good, the pool and the beach. The staff is very friendly and tries everything to make you feel well. At the restaurant is a pool, there s a shallow part for the children but also there is a part deel enough to swim. The location is perfect, it feels like you are in the nature but you are in the middle of the city. Rooms and bed are big and comfortabele.

I can t think of anything. Hmmm, maybe it would be nice is they serve some more vegetarian food in the restaurant.

The facilities are great, with an enormous swimming pool and an expansive private beach that was practically deserted. The staff is attentive and the food is pretty good. A great place to escape the bustle of Phnom Penh for a few days.

There was nothing not to like here. If this resort were located anywhere but in the heart of Sihanoukville, I would rate it a solid 10.

Wonderful stay from the beginning to the departure. Very nice and well equipped resort, with smiling staff always at your service. Nice pool and free access to nice beach.

Very nice hotel, with perfect location for relaxing on the private beach, or in the nice pool. Friendly staff.

Breakfast was ok - just. Coffee is terrible. Pricey.

Service. Breakfast. Small buffet but everything tasty and fresh.specialty Coffees such as hot late or espresso are very good but have to pay extra. The beach is clean and very nice. Bed room clean and fresh. Air cond working very well.

Swimming pool turning green. Pillows could be more comfy.

Our bungalow was the closest to the beach which we loved.

Breakfast buffet was adequate but I didn’t like having to pay extra for a cappuccino. Only 2 bottles of water for 2 people is inadequate.
