There is no elevator, so you must be able to manage the stairs. The hotel room was spacious. A comfortable sofa in the living area. The bedroom had a double bed, very comfortable with 4 pillows. We had to be changed to a different room due to hallways door not being able to close. But we had to contact reception to arrange this. But as guy at the desk struggled to shut the door after he showed us to the room was a bit odd. The room was lacking any cooking facilities and dining table. The clerk said these are no longer available. The also have closed the restaurant. There are a few places on the main road around the corner for meals. But as we had come to stay for a few days so my partner could rest his knee after a fall down a step in Koh Rong Sanloem we were expecting to be able to just have meals in the room. It is very near the port to catch the boats, very easy to get to.

The area outside the hotel is not very clean, lots of trash and bags. The road out front is quite narrow and curvy, so be careful if walking. The air conditioners are controlled by the same remote. So there is no adjusting them differently. We were unable to prepare any sort of small meals in the room. We only were provided with a kettle & cups. However there is a small kitchenette area. After being moved to different room we had no safety deposit box. There is no elevator, so you must be able to manage the stairs.

A new modern hotel with nice and clean comfortable rooms that include everything you need. Exellent room design. Balcony is not big but with a panoramic sea view. Staff professional and friendly. Particular thanks to the general manager Roseth Ny, who personally helped us with everything we needed. Highly recommend, especially for those who’s heading for islands, because it’s located in 5 minutes walking from the speedboats departure

facilities are new and nice. the staffs are nice also

there are trashes under the sink cabinet. and the smell of the cr it smells like the septic tank when you leave the toilet bowl cover open. but the facilities are new and nice.

The location is a bit far from center for those travel without car or motorbike. And without elevator, it would be hassle for those with lots of luggages.

It was our best hotel in Cambodia. All is clean, so beautiful, so sparkling. there is a romantic swimming pool on the roof. The restaurant has a large selection of dishes and they are inexpensive. A great breakfast. Excellent service. There is a laundry room. The room is very beautiful.

Brand new hotel with balcony, super clean and comfy beds. Free WiFi great connection. Great stay for 5mins close to New Pier Sihanoukville Port boat ride to island Booked for Deluxe double and was offered a 1bedroom suite ocean view free upgrade. Definitely be back to stay again, Highly recommended.

The room was new and very clean and spacious. Nice shower and comfortable bed. Coffee set up and fridge in room. Staff was very helpful with tuk-tuks. Convenient location to catch speedboats to islands in the morning.

No breakfast. No restaurants on site and not much to walk to.

The best hotel where the best location to pier within walking distance. It's so much value of money and comfort staying. I can order foods from Food Application. Staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommended and will be back.

It was ok, room was spacious, the shower attachment wasn't great so had to hold the shower when using it. I wanted something near the ferry port to get boat to koh rong

There are not so many restaurants and shops near the hotel. Its near the pier though which is probably very near for a lot of guests.
