I was fasting and they served me Suhur at 4:00 am in the morning and that was beyond my expectations.

The staff is so friendly. The drivers and security personnel were especially friendly and proactive in ensuring my safety and protection. The hotel was very clean, and simple technical faults with the shower and air conditioning were dealt with quickly and kindly.

Access to the center of town and restaurants is good, but traffic is very congested getting to and from the airport to the hotel.

For the price of the room, we were so relieved and surprised to see how tastefully decorated and very comfortable this hotel was, from its well appointed entrance and reception, to its perfectly working air conditioning (very important in Douala), and its clean and comfy bed and warm shower. I stayed in much worse 4* hotels (we were genuinely confused as to why it is a 3* only). From their very efficient and polite staff at reception and restaurant, we had a truly great overnight stay. Breakfast was served in a cool and pleasant restaurant with all the desirable options, including cooked food, eggs made to order, pastries and fruit.

It wasn't a problem for us, but beware that you may be awoken by the early morning calls to prayer from the mosque across the road. While my husband was wearing earplugs and couldn't hear anything, and I enjoyed listening to it, it's important to mention if you have issues with noise. And the road/city noises are also very loud, even on the 7th floor!

I loved everything 😊. Really great time. The personal is fantastic, the facilities are great and super clean. The Bar is so useful for casual meeting and small business meeting. Even the souvenir shop is so cool. The shutle service and the driver are so comfortable and available. Really top notch 👌🏽 this hotel

Great rooms, great staffs and a great manager, very hand on, very efficient and very friendly guy. The bar is wonderful for both meeting friends and for business, and the staff at the bar is great. Also Ike a lot the shuttle service really helpful.

The staff at the restaurant, especially in the morning could be better at helping.

The location was very convenient for us as it was within walking distance from the travel agency we used to arrive in Douala. Also, I was planning a surprise for my sister's 30th birthday and the staff was exceptionally accommodating and helpful, making the celebration a huge success.

For a suite, the rooms could have been a bit bigger.

The hotel is in a central location and exactly as advertised. The facilities are really good and the staff were great. The breakfast was also good. The reception gave me a good room with a nice view. Got a complimentary airport transfer as well.

Breakfast could be available earlier than it was (~7).

The staff were very Professional and helpful. The hotel room was kept clean always I also enjoyed my meals at the restaurant

The menu was in French only An English version also very necessary.

The magnetic carte for.the door was deactivated most of the time if you get out and come back to your room.

The transfer from the airport was efficient,friendly, and chatty. The check-in was also very efficient and friendly.

All the protection nets against mosquitoes and blinds made the room quite dark.
