Bed was comfy, bathroom was roomy. Nice layout. I just realized that the first nite I stayed, I was charged double what I was supposed to be charged. I renewed my room the next day. so was then again charged for the room. then , a week later I was charged another nites stay for some reason... so I now have paid a total of $654 for 2 nites when it should have costed $327!! haven't gotten a reply from the hotel yet. so clearly they feel they can just charge at will, whatever they want, whenever they want! I am expecting to get refunded what they stole from me... but will find out soon if they will!!

The breakfast was horrible! Couldn't even chew the French toast. Eggs were dry and hard. Potatoes were disgusting. Nothing at the breakfast was good in any way! I also dislike the fact that they have over charged me by double and continue to try and charge me a week later!

Hotel was very near several fast food restaurants and not too far from Walmart. The room was very large and spacious. It had an iron and ironing board, a mini fridge as well as a microwave in it. Gratis popcorn and a couple of granola bars were supplied. Soda's were obtained on the first floor vending machine as was ice. The only downside was the broken ice machine on our floor. Breakfast was laid out well and had a number of items including a chef to make omelets to-order.

Juice machine was a bit broken and could only get apple juice, not orange juice. Ice machine broken on our floor. There were two chairs in the room and one was beside the TV facing the bed. It was not well arranged so had to move 2nd chair around to see TV.

It was clean, beautiful, spacious, and the beds were so comfortable. Also, to have a place to bring my fur baby was fabulous. Didn't get a chance to try the pool, but we did enjoy the hot complimentary breakfast. I mean made to order omelettes? How can you resist?! The room has coffee maker, large fridge, and a microwave for your convenience. This stay was better than our experience at a hotel in banff that cost triple what we paid here. Excited to come back.

I'm having trouble coming up with dislikes. No pet odors no smoking odors. It really was a fantastic stay!!

I found it to be a great value for the money. While the hotel itself is quite old, it is well-maintained and exceptionally clean, which made for a comfortable stay. What stood out the most was the receptionist – easily the best I have ever encountered. She was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making a significant difference in our overall experience. Additionally, the breakfast offered a wide variety of options, catering to different tastes and dietary needs. It's a solid choice for anyone looking for affordability without compromising on quality and service.

It is an old, but well maintained property.

It was clean and spacious, easy to find and close to almost everything (gas, fastfood- tims, wendy’s, walmart, dq, canadian tire).

After a long event we were hoping we could soak in a warm pool but it was just cold as well as the spa pool. We reported it to the staff but then they could not do anything about it. So they just have to put it under maintenance. A small setback though. But overall, it was still a great stay.

i liked that they can make fresh omelette for you. the receptionists from the moment we checked in and checked out were both awesome

I was upset that their pancake machine was not working. The guy at the omelette station seemed to not like his job, he does not greet guests nor smile. The tables in the breakfast area were dirty. Brighter lights too in the breakfast area could have been a better dining experience.

the rooms were very clean and inviting. the front desk staff and all other staff were very friendly. the breakfast was great and appreciated! the swimming pool is pretty good. the only disappointing thing was the hot tub. It is small - fits 3-4 people. the jets don’t work and it wasn’t quite hot enough. it felt odd without the jets working - yes they were turned on - it felt like having a bath with strangers - which all of us fellow hot tubbers (strangers) laughed about.

There are not any on demand movies or access to Netflix or anything - just basic cable. The hot tub too small, not hot enough, jets don’t work even though they were on.

Our room was SO huge, with a fireplace, a king bed, a huge jacuzzi tub, which we did not use, and a nice shower, which we did use. The breakfast that comes with the room charge, was FANTASTIC! Anything you could imagine you could make in the breakfast room. I had an omlette made exactly the way I wanted it, by an attendant, just the best I've ever had. Friendly quiet staff. A great place to stay, highly recommend.

Couldn't complain about anything.

The breakfast was great, very nice atmosphere as well. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, the hotel was very welcoming, they even provide a little snack upon arrival - nice touch. I would definitely stay at they hotel again.

The only thing that could have been better was the parking; there isn't a huge parking lot, when I checked in during the afternoon there were a number of free spots, but I had to go out and when I returned at about 10pm and there was only one spot left - I guess it must be a great place to stay since the parking lot is so full.

Nice spacious room, quiet, close to highway access. Staff were very friendly and nice.

The breakfast consisted of a lot of variety, but wasn't very good. Eggs, sausages, bacon and hash browns in hot trays, kind of limp, make it yourself waffle, but rather bland, omelette station, but with unimpressive toppings.
