The staff was top notch, the rooms were perfect and so clean. The breakfast was delicious. I will 100% be staying there again

The weekend we were there, there was a teens soccer tournament and the kids were out after 11pm running around in the field behind the hotel.m and banged on our door mistakenly at 10:45 pm scaring my family. Honestly, there wasn't much the staff could do and they handled it as best they could being as the kids werent being very well supervised by their parents. It was the only issue our entire stay.

We have stayed in this hotel many many times. We often visit Camrose as my mom in law lives in town there. She has a small place so we always get a room at this hotel. They accomodate pets and are very good about it. We have nothing to complain about. I just wish that "frequent flyer" miles were applied...stay 9 nights get the 10th free....or stay 2 nights get the 3rd free. LOL

Oh, breakfast is always something I have an issue with. The eggs aren't real and they rarely have bacon. The sausages are ok, but they upset my stomach later for some reason. If they made real eggs and added more bacon to the menu that would be awesome...or even some boiled eggs maybe.

The pool is too deep for young kids to play. The placement of the TV in the room didn't make sense. It was the opposite side of the room from the couch. It could have been placed in the middle so it could be enjoyed from the couch or the bed.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful, the accomadation was clean and very comfortable. Great pillows, bed spa like Loved it all! Great location, close to shopping and other amenities. Would definitely return.

We found the accomadation, breakfast & staff to be very good. No negatives. We would definitely return for another stay if we are in the area.

Central to local activities. There is always a great selection of breakfast options that are included in the hotel cost. Laundry facilities, pool, hot tub and vending machines also a great asset. Ground floor dog friendly room with exterior door for easy use.

As a vegetarian the options are few for a heathly breakfast. Healthy being foods that don't include empty carbs like pancakes/waffels/bread/muffins/cereals. I was pleased to see eggs variety (which was made for us, thank you) yoguart which can be a part of a healthy breakfast.

I was pleasantly surprised that our morning breakfast included a custom made omelet! Only 3 days a week, but a nice treat. Also available: bacon, potatoes, scrambled eggs, and all the other regular breakfast items. Had a leisurely breakfast and we were on our way. Quiet & clean and pleasant staff!

We had a very good breakfast. The staff was exceptional. The front desk clerk was so helpful and the lady that took care of breakfast was such a happy and sociable character ;she engaged with all the guests in such a pleasant way. Clean , quit and comfortable. A little pricey for my budget. I think that some of the cost goes to looking after and maintaining the pool and water slide which is great for families but not so much for seniors. Loved that there was a a Mister Mike's restaurant on the same property and a Superstore across the street. Well located.

It was a bit pricey for our budget other than that I can not think of anything we did not like.This was a wonderful stay

Loved the water slide and pool for the kids ! The staff is amazing here and were super accommodating . We were there for a dance competition and upon checking in we all received a gift bag with a bottle of water , some candy and makeup wipes ! They are great !

Location is on the edge of town, so not central (although nothing in Camrose is too far!) but also not as loud or busy as a result. Close to many restaurants and shopping! The breakfast offerings were fresh, tasty and hot! No complaints, better than average free breakfast. Kids loved the waterslide.

Although I thought they were fine, my husband didn't find the pillows to be that comfy. There were often a lack of towels at the pool (we went twice and both times had to wait for more towels), although we were there the weekend of a dance competition, so there were more kids than average using the pool, and likely taking towels to their rooms instead of placing them in the bin, so not entirely the hotel's fault. The heating/cooling was a little finicky - was either freezing or baking, but luckily could just open a window. Not a deal breaker, just mildly irritating.
