The lady who owns this place is amazing. We had an emergency at home and needed accommodations and she was very helpful in our time of need . She is definitely one of the nicest hotel business owners I have ever delt with and I have stayed in hundreds of hotels. We had a few issues that came up and she went out of her way to make sure we were okay. Also she made sure we had access to a washer and dryer and borrowed us dishes . Very accommodating !! There is a bar on site with vlts so that was great . And the staff in the bar was great too . Everyone who worked there was friendly and great to deal with.

I didn't like the fact that because of covid 19 the bar closed early but that was the governments fault not the hotels.

the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating! Grace at the front desk was always checking in when I’d be passing by, making sure everything was alright and taken care of. The hotel itself is wonderful and it’s in such a great, central location. everything I wanted to do was within a 10-minute drive.

We stayed here for a night to celebrate my friends 18th birthday, the lounge and the staff were very friendly, and overall the environment was wonderful to be in. We will be returning for sure in the future!

Amazing Grace is AMAZING! the front desk lady is such a delight and wen above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable.

The location was perfect close to everything I needed The staff were great comfortable beds I like the fridge and microwave in the room

Not had breakfast- not included.. Well this hotel used to be our choice, we used to stay at this hotel in the past. It is clean, the receptionists were quite friendly unlike this time, breakfast and services were good too. The lay out of the hotel environment (outside) is open and simple, has free parking place, close to west side malls and stores. It meets our needs in most part. Thank you.

The only pitfall of this hotel even before the Covid-19 and now as well is lack of fan in the washroom. After taking shower it is hard to see one's face and shave as water condenses on the mirror. Cleanliness is ok on the first day but no making bed or cleaning was observed on the second night, nor addition of supplies such as soap, coffee, were made, clean towels, etc were made. Also, we didn't see receptionist at the guest desk other than when we called on the phone to obtain a check in late in the first night. Actually if some guests hadn't open the building's door we won't be able to get in, obtain the receptionists phone and make a call to the receptionist. We were not sure if the Covid-19 changed everything from what we know of this hotel prior to the Covid-19. earlier
