Great rooms. Comfortable beds. Amazing soaker tub in the suite. Nice breakfast room with a good selection. Very friendly staff.

Cooling wasn’t working but portable ac units were supplied which worked fine - and we did receive an email from the hotel stating this was the case and we could cancel if we wished. Pillows were too small but comfortable. Coffee for the room wasn’t very good. Very weak with little flavour. Traffic outside the hotel can be loud at times but overall not too bad.

Good hotel with spacy and comfortable rooms. The room was clean and equipped with all you need for a longer stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The AC was not working but the hotel had advised me beforehand. A table fan was placed in the room and by keeping the balcony door open during the night, my stay was comfortable enough. The breakfast buffet was quite simple but tasty.

The suite I stayed in was bigger and better than most bachelor studio apartments. It was very clean and comfortable with a kitchenette and a separate sitting area. Staff was very help and polite. Location was very nice. Right in water front by Athabasca River. Plenty of parking. Close by resturant.

Beds were not queen size and not enough for two to sleep in one bed.

The room was sold as a 6 sleeper but was actually for 4, the hotel staff esp Alma and the manager went out of their way to rectify the error and make sure that we are comfortable and happy.

location is great being no more than 10 minutes to anywhere. rooms are huge and have everything you need for preparing your own simple meals in the room. the breakfast is great with lots of variety. the staff was so friendly and helpful.

the bed mattresses are a little worn out.

Surprised by the bag breakfast as the breakfast room had not reopened from covid yet. Could not sign in to wifi on second day.

Great facilities, great location close to everything downtown. Breakfast is a great. More than just bagels, it's a breakfast 😋

Access to underground parking is tight but accessible

There was problems with the bedside TV.... The channels were on analog... had to change in settings for each channel to digital. Other than that...all good

Could up date tvs to smart ones for movies. Other then that was happy with my stay
