Everything was great. My only disappointing moment was when I was having breakfast. I was asked to show my room card, which was fine. But I finished and neatly piled my plate on the table and went to leave. I was asked to clear my table and take my dishes to the dish-pit that was placed on a table nearby. I have never dined at an establishment and been told I am expected to clear the table afterwards. The staff member that told me was just sitting at a table.

It would be nice if the breakfast staff would do the clearing of the tables. She was just sitting at a table monitoring me.

It was a nice, seemingly recently renovated room, but really small and compact. Staff was friendly, breakfast was excellent and underground parking was a perk.

I was put in the room right above the garage door. I had no idea what the crazy loud sound I kept hearing was. I thought I was maybe next to the ice machine. Found out when I checked out and was asked about the room that it was the garage door and I shouldn’t have been placed there. I’m a sound sleeper and it didn’t bother me throughout the night.

House keeping not proper schedule, house keeper not lock the door properly, two time. No recycling bin (water bottle, etc) 21 days never vacuum the floor, two time only replace the coffee sugar whitener

The place is cleverly disguised from the outside, as dull and drab. Inside was excellently kept, clean. Signs of prepwork for painting (patching compound), which is also a good thing; it indicates good maintenance and repair 👍. The room was modest but well appointed, sparkling. The absolutely best place I have ever stayed at that low price point.

The empty coils in the vending machine could benefit from veing stocked with maybe some advil and some travel toothbrush kits. Handy supplies for an unexpected journey like I was on.

I liked the newly renovated room, it was very comfy, and had all the amenities that you would expect.

The climate control didn't seem to work properly... I tried to run just the fan, for some white noise, but in doing so, it would keep the heat running as well. I woke up in the middle of the night and the room was stupid hot!

Very clean and spacious room. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Because of its location, noise was a bit of an issue. I checked in around 8:30 PM on a tuesday, and the amount of traffic in the area was heavy. If you are a light sleeper like me, this may not be the best hotel for you to stay at. But the price is on point, and because of that, I would probably stay there again, regardless of the noise from traffic.

Very large room. Room was clean. Bed was very comfortable. Hotel was centrally located to DT and Timberlea where we had business to attend to. Very polite staff.

Not the best part of town for car parking, as we had a large cargo van so had to park in the back of the property and did not have access to underground parking.

1st room wasn’t the best, it smelled damp, or something, so the front desk guy put us in a different room and that one was perfect! I appreciate that he went out of his way to rectify the situation, as we were considering leaving.

Very good breakfast. Excellent beds. The stove and the fridge were good to have. Rachel at the front desk went above and beyond.

I could not make the microwave work.

For the price of this hotel it is a fantastic deal. Great location, decent breakfast for the price, and rooms were nice with comfortable beds. They are currently doing renovations to upgrade the hotel. I don’t have any complaints.
