Breakfast was good, the rooms were big and the staff was friendly and helpful. Also the hotel was easy to get to from the airport and dispite being located next to a highway and an airport rather quiet.

Sadly the first room I was assigned had not yet been cleaned, thus I had to go back to the reception to get another room, not a very good impression and after 24 hours of travel not what I wanted to do. Staff however was very friendly about it and imideatly gave me another room, apologizing for the inconvinience. The second room I got was clean, just the bathroom door wouldnt close, not much of an issue, but worth mentioning.

Room clean, large and excellent location

The reception was not friendly. She kept answering the phone at my check in whole time. I felt really uncomfortable. When I needed information about another reservation I wanted to make for the next week, she told me she didn't have time and sent me a text message. That didn't happen, so I had to go to the reception again and after not being interested I made a reservation elsewhere. The shower curtain was short, so after the shower there was so much water everywhere that I had to wipe it off.

Very big and clean room and bathroom, excellent location.

Breakfast was very disgusting, they put frozen apples not the tiny buffet table everything is limited, most of the time we had not coffee and milk few omelettes done by 8:30am instead of 10am. I didn’t like the breakfast at all, staff don’t really care about guests they luck guest services experience, it looks like they are underpaid so that why no one wanna give a great service or maybe they screen the guest to be helpful for.

It served our needs.

Upon arrival in the evening we booked the airport shuttle for 5am as we had an early flight. I watched the front desk person write our information down so I was confident it was booked. When we arrived at the lobby ready to go at 4:45am for the shuttle the new person did not know what we were talking about! I asked him to check the chart and sure enough our names were on there but were crossed off! We were very unhappy about that! We had to wait for over a 1/2 hour while he tried to get a hold of the shuttle to come and pick us up.

Great value, good location for access to airport. Shuttle service was quick. Warm in room, good quality comfortable beds! Included breakfast was nice, eggs, sausages, bagels, cold cereals...

Shower activation was odd, pull and turn metal ring under tub faucet, had to call reception for instructions! All good.

Reasonably priced, clean hotel that offered a free shuttle to and from the airport.

I arrived mid afternoon after a very early morning flight and hoped to relax and enjoy a meal when I arrived at the hotel. Much to my surprise the only restaurant within walking distance opened at 5p.m. There was no other option unless I took an Uber. Also, I had requested a wake up call for a next day 6:30am flight but for whatever reason, I never received a call.

Clean and moderately comfortable ( beds were kind of hard) our unit had the kitchenette and fridge which was nice. Parking wasn’t an issue anytime coming back . Very close to airport if that’s where you need to be.

Included breakfast was flat out not good at all. Eggs and sausage were rubbery and bland. Oatmeal had no taste. Coffee tasted burnt, only saving grace was the toaster with regular toast and butter. Better off going to a local fast food chain for a decent breakfast

Have stayed here a few times now over the past while as I have family in leduc. Friendly and helpful staff very clean. Breakfast and location is fantastic . Could lower the pet fee a bit and if room is damaged from a pet then keep the deposit.

The pet fee! I have three so would be a fortune to bring them all so usually have to find someone to watch the small ones and bring the bigger one with.

Breakfast was served on plastic on plastic on plastic. What does it cost to hire a person to wash 200 plates and cups after breakfast ??? This is not a Covid thing - it's greed. Plastic is killing the planet - having just travelled extensively to Europe and witnessed how hardly anybody used plastic items anymore makes me wonder why we can't do the same! I think in all of the these hotel chains now the front desk person also cleans, serves in the dining room etc - it is uncivilized and pitiful. That's why I rated it "6" in comfortable - I don't feel comfortable eating with plastic. Booking.com should include a sustainable rating.

Friendly staff. Really nice decoration and rooms. Clean. Honestly a lot nicer than expected for the pricing. Booking was easy too. Pet friendly. :D

Very noisy. Piano in the middle of the night that went on for hours idk if it was loud lobby music or what? Lots of loud bangs? Doors slamming at like 3am and people taking showers.. Had to keep the fan on all night for the white noise to drown out the piano. Such a lovely place but hard to sleep. Not really the hotels fault I guess but it would've been nice to get some quiet time.
