It has a good location, and building is new. We got a room upgrade, it was so nice. It’s amazing that hotel have policy about “quiet time”. A little inconvenience that breakfast hours 5-9 am, that’s very early. I really liked impress about lots of fruits on breakfast, but my husband wasn’t happy, because it was no bacon.

The staff was amazing! We arrived very late at night and the staff was available, very friendly and most accommodating. The room was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was good.

The parking was a challenge. With the hotel full of many workers with trucks parked, it was difficult to find a decent spot due to the number of vehicles and the ways in which they parked.

Very clean. The hotel smelled amazing as soon as we walked in. We arrived around 11.30pm but the gentleman at the front desk was super friendly, very welcoming and happy. Our room was HUGE! We stayed in the standard king room and it was huge! Most hotels state its a king bed but is really just a queen. This really was a KING 🥳

The only downfall was the breakfast included in the price. I rarely expect much from these but the eggs were not good at all. But for a basic breakfast it did the job.

Room was very clean and bed were very comfortable. Very little outside noise allowed for good sleeping conditions.

Water pressure in room was very poor so showering was not a great experience. Breakfast was OK but tables were not cleaned between guests and quantity of food available was not adequate.

The gentleman at the counter was polite and courteous. He was very efficient we arrived during a blizzard and there were others also arriving he dealt with each guest in a very pleasant way. The room was extremely clean and the place was quiet. I would highly recommend it for anyone to stay there we had been in Edmonton visiting a brother in law who is dying of cancer. It took us over 5 hours to get to lloydminister because of the weather. We were so glad to stay at a place like this with no problems and enjoy our stay

I booked through booking.com. Staff at hotel told me just because I booked through them does not mean I would get a room. And yet I had a confirmation # saying I had a room. Wanted to register early as we had a function to go to. Was told to come back at 3 to see if there was a room for me

Definately the price and it was very quiet on the top floor.

There wasn't complimentary coffee in the lobby. No decaf coffee or real orange juice in the morning ..it was a orange berry drink. The room was cold and no extra blanket. The desk lamp plug in socket was too close to the post and I couldn't plug my Samsung charger. Had to use a wall plug.

We were very pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and size of our King suite (with kitchenette) for the price. We visit Lloyd fairly often as we have family there, and this will most definetly be our place of choice to stay. We have a 15-17 hour drive to get there, were very tired, and were there prior to check in time. They went out of there way to make sure a room we had booked was cleaned right away so we could freshen up and relax. I found that so accommodating. I would recommend this property to anyone travelling to Lloyd. As a bonus... IT IS CLOSE TO all shopping and restaurants!!!

very clean property and friendly staff! great location, close to coop gas bar and not to far from stores. fast internet as well for hotel internet. I will stay here again 100%!

The satellite tv kept cutting out. wasn’t a big deal to me, I watched shows on my ipad, but just thought you guys should know. The bright LED light from the store in front of the property shined into my room thru the curtains. I was facing the parking lot.

Our room was spacious and the hotel was very clean.

The bed was uncomfortable, and sheets didn't fit well. Also, while checking in, the front desk girl could have been more explanatory. She didn't mention wifi information, where the breakfast area is, and elevators.
