*great amenities in room, small kitchenette with microwave, fridge, sink was great. Lots of plug ins in room. Built in shelves, nightstand. Charging station. Bench seats at window. Person was actively looking for the group of people running in the halls. Will use bbq area next time as it looks fantastic!

Bed was hard. Covers did not stay on duvet. Lounge was understaffed and service was incredibly slow, but friendly.Garbage needs to be emptied daily, even if rooms are not cleaned, extra towels and soaps, coffee, cream, clothes to wipe counters, tables are needed daily.

The room was lovely, location great..got to check in early, clean, nice breakfast.

The price was a bit high for lloydminster...we can get a river view in Saskatoon for cheaper..but it is a very nice hotel

I liked the simple fact we could kick back and relax while waiting for pizza! A quick dip in the pool was refreshing and the hot tub was relaxing. Not a bad little spot for a quick over night stay with the fam-jam.

Place was clean, comfortable and minimalist. Small restaurant on site, basic food and drink. Helpful staff. Easy location.

Food was basic, but it was enough if you are not looking for a "dining experience" as part of your stay.

when arriving for checkout it was extremely slow to get checked in, the front desk clerk seemed to have some issues, wasn’t his fault but took longer then any other place I’ve ever checked into. other then that great experience

The room was so cozy and we had a great comfortable sleep. I loved the lights.. we were able to shut the bright ones off and use the nice dim ones by the TV.

If I had to pick something I didnt like it would be.... I have no idea.

Breakfast was great, staff was professional and went above and beyond at all times. The two ladies at the front desk were especially wonderful and helpful. The room was a bit smaller than I am used to but it worked for what we needed and it was nice to have a mini fridge/microwave. The room was clean and updated. The pool is by booking right now and was also fantastic.

Maybe just a bit more space in the room, or option for King beds.

All good. New renovated Hotel. Not Bad

Not every day room Cleaned. In my 5 nights just 1 time. But i had enough Towels. And i don't complain about it.
