I do believe that I am still answering my first reservation which was changed from a suite to 2 queen beds and a stay until the 28 instead of the 29th but it was an excellent stay. It was quiet for sleeping. My first breakfast surprised me by giving me 7 pieces of bacon instead of the usual 3🤗🤗🤗. Our waitress was efficient and friendly. The checkout lady was very pleasant as well. I do not expect that I will be driving to Peace River again but I will certainly be good advertisement for Chateaux Nova. 🤗

As I hd left my Bible at home, I was expecting to find a Gideon Bible in the room but there was none. Don’t you offer them in your establishment any more. I purchased one at the book sale and left it in the room so that no one else would be disappointed in that room!

The staff were very friendly. Check in was quick and our room was very comfortable. In the morning, the complimentary coffee at the front desk was perfect for road coffee when checking out. We were there less than 12 hours but it was a quiet, restful stay before we continued on to our destination.

This is an excellent hotel for the community of Peace River. We have stayed before and will again when passing through Peace River. Its clean, well situated next to main route (no traffic noise), has ample parking and they welcome our puppy with only a small fee.

It has the potential to be noisy and hear guests in the next room.

The front desk attendant was very personable and greeted well. She conveyed necessary information and was helpful. We enjoyed our meal immensely in the lounge that evening. The bartender/server was again pleasant, personable and we provided the necessary paperwork to eat in. Other guests weren't as forthcoming and she had to ask them to leave but offered to place food order for their room. She remained calm and understanding even though they weren't reciprocating.

Nice place, I'm French Canadian and one employee talked to me in French, really happy. Nice to discover nice places in Northern Alberta.

Exceeded out expectations. All the extra room amenities were appreciated. Staff was excellent and very helpful. Having morning coffee at front desk was a treat. We really appreciated being able to get a pet room.

The hotel was a great value, I have stayed at far more expensive hotels that weren't half as nice.

There was nothing that I didn't like.

Friendly staff and great food at lounge and restaurant. Lots of parking.

Lounge closes too early. We asked for room to be cleaned on our third day but didn’t get done because of staff shortage.

the temperature was set at 25C when we arrived and it took some time with the window open to cool the room down. They were not enforcing COVID mask mandate and several guests in public area without masks

very clean, modern, staff was very nice , beds were comfy, liked having a mini kitchenette in the room. that was an added bonus
