We booked a family room for 4 adults and 3 kids ( 4, 10 and 14). We received a bid spacious room with three double beds. There was enough place for everyone. The personnel was super welcoming and attentive to our needs. Everything in the room was very decent and clean. On our request we received a kettle and a kitchen knife plus some additional paper cups. We managed to move out of our room some 30mins after the check -out time but didn't get any inpatient knock on the door for that. In general the only issue we had was the amount of breathing, snoring, making other night noises people in one big room. It is my personal lesson for future- better to book at least two rooms in that case. On this stay we put the heater on ( not auto but ON) and its constant noise was a bit too much but made it possible for us all to sleep our night. Would definitely stay here again while traveling to the Rockies next time.

We had room 123. Everything was there as described in the advertising and the hygiene was good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The place offers good value for what you pay. You can park your car right at the front door of your stay. Restaurants are available at 2 mins driving from the place. We certainly can recommend this place.

The washroom is a little bit cold, but then again there is no point in heating rooms when there are no guests.

It was in the right spot for a quick detour from the icefields parkway - and saved us three hundred dollars over spending a night in the overpriced places along that drive. As a bonus, we got to drive past Abraham Lak and see it - it was amazing. The hotel was very clean and super quiet all night long. Had almost everything you need in a hotel. I would recommend it.

No internet. It is 2023, and this hotel does not have free wifi for guests?? That is some crazy stuff that likely flies in Rocky Mountain House, but if they want to get with the times, they could spend eighty bucks on a router and give internet to the people staying there. Also, the pillows were terrible. A small detail but I thought I would mention it.

I enjoyed the stay, especially the clean spacy room, comfortable parking, friendly helpful personnel and calm location.

Unfortunately next door laundary was a bit noizy and beds, especially pillows, weren't comfortable enough for us. In addition room service left the AC switched on and we found the room extremely cold at the evening.

Staff were very friendly. Beds were comfortable. Rooms are large. Could use one or two more bath towels. Staff tried to deal with problems as they arose.

Other guests above us had a child who ran around stomping like an elephant until 0015. The person from the front desk tried to deal with this, but they obviously didn't listen or care.

It is near family who we were visiting. The room was clean, modern and had all the modern conveniences that you could need. It is the second time we’ve stayed here and really it is much nicer than we expected each time.

The car park was usually full by the end of the day so my disabled mother had issues getting to the room easily. The price is quite high for the location. I paid much less in more well known hotels in larger city centres.

The property was easy to access, just off the main road on the north end of town. It was surrounded by trees which deadened sounds and made it quiet. It was located close to the main part of town but were you were away from the hustle and bustle.

There isn't much bad to say about this motel, the staff was attentive, the room was clean, comfortable and well maintained.

Staff is always friendly. Rooms are a decent size. Have stayed in multiple rooms and there is definitely space to move around. I 90% of the time have my dogs with me and they are very accommodating. Have stayed multiple times at this location. Have stayed in a room with a kitchen, Deluxe Double and Triple room.

Very clean and updated room. Bedding had actual duvets instead of the usual thin crappy blanket that motels have. Was very impressed.

The room could have used one more table lamp at the one table as the lighting was a bit weak due to the size of the room. Easily addressed as I moved the bedside lamp to use at the table for what I was doing.

The large size room was spotlessly clean, in good condition and the thermostat worked well. The tv was large and had a good selection of cable channels. A microwave and fridge was available for use.

We loved our stay at the Chinook Inn. It was not quite within walking distance of the main shopping area but the taxi company was efficient and reasonably priced. A very short drive if you have a vehicle available to you.
