Honestly, this is our favorite hotel in all of Canada, and we've been to many. It's our getaway place, our quiet escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The jacuzzi room is incredible! It's HUGE, with a kitchenette, lovely sitting area, a king size bed, a full sized hot tub and a fireplace, and the retro decor always warms my heart. The staff is delightful. It's kept spotlessly clean. It's easy to find and easy to get to (right off the highway). The continental breakfast is well appointed. I honestly couldn't invent a complaint if I tried.... and all this at LESS than the price of a seedy roadside motel. It certainly is a diamond in the rough.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating and helped resolve a couple of issues quickly. The bed was comfortable, and the room was kept at a reasonable temperature using the AC. There were several selections for breakfast and even a couple of hot items, which surprised me, considering it was a continental breakfast. I would have like some cold water or juice, but I didn't ask, so that's on me. The rooms are a good size. We've stayed at WB hotels several times over the years with our children when theynwere younger, and it seems not a lot has changed, but it's good value for a good rest.

The first room we were in had a couple missed spots as far as cleaning, and there was a crack in the bathtub, but we were immediately given a new room, so we were satisfied. The water in our room never got cold at all, but they're looking into that. Thankfully, I had packed water bottles.

I want to live here when i retire! These over sized luxury rooms have everything a person could possibly need. From the well stocked kitchenette to the warm and cozy fireplace and the amazing jacuzzi tubs, there's something for everyone to love. The 24 hour front desk staff and free continental breakfast are added bonuses, and all at the fraction of the price of a regular budget motel. You can't go wrong with a room at the long stay!

A really good experience! Great staff, especially Mike, at the front desk. Mike was very helpful with a great sense of humor. Great overall value for the most part. Room was spacious, laundry facilities, a decent breakfast and clean rooms! I will stay here again in the future

Only slight thing was the housekeeping charge of $19. Which shouldn't exist.

Breakfast was fine, not too much, but there were enough choices to get you through the morning. The room was huge, and I loved the kitchen. The fireplace was loud but awesome. It was close to restaurants.

I missed the hot tub and a wash room close to the swimming pool for the kid. we couldn't get the tv working..

Loved the over sized king bed as well as the big fridge/freezer !! Staff were amazing !!!

Ice machine was broken.

It was better than what I was expecting from a motel. Spacious room with kitchen and jacuzzi was a bonus.

Hotel can provide at least 2 bottles of water in the fridge as a welcome. Swimming pool should open till 11pm like some other hotels.

The jacuzzi tub was one of the best I have ever used in a hotel room, and we often go to hotels! Great value for this hotel!

Being diabetic, I would have liked a protein in the continental breakfast even if it was just hard-boiled eggs, and yogurt or something like that. They mostly just had pastries which I am sure are good, but some more healthy options would have been nice.

Loved the price and the giant jacuzzi tubs! The staff was fantastic!

The bedding. It's so bates motel 1960s cheap hotel. I don't expect down comforters but get better coverlets and get rid of those yellow/orange blankets

I don’t like that I have to drive to whitecourt to stay in the jet tub room. that I can’t rent the one in Grande Prairie because I’m not a traveller what’s wrong with my money. I will say Theo I have really enjoyed both times I’ve stayed in your whitecourt motel. staff was great rooms are clean and love the Tub!!!
