The room was a good size and the walls were well sound proofed! I did not hear the family that was staying beside me. The AC worked very well so it was comfortable! Hotel was located walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores. I also had an issue with the TV and someone came to fix it really fast (TV was new-ish, it was weird and a simple unplug/plug fixed it - not a hotel problem). Also loved the free coffee in the morning in the lobby!!

The only minor things I didn’t like was that the breakfast ended quite early (9:30 if I recall) so I missed it. And there was no AC in the hallways but that’s so minor.

What a great place! We ended up staying two nights here due to bad weather in the Northern Rockies and it was wonderful! The breakfast was excellent - you get a voucher at their restaurant which you order off of a menu (NOT a continental breakfast). There is a bar and restaurant with a great menu on premises, laundry, and the rooms had electric fireplaces and a full living room suite. I was really impressed. They have a fast and convenient shuttle service and the staff were all very friendly. The hotel itself it within walking distance of anything you need in town too. Great place, I'd definitely recommend it!

The room itself was huge, including the bed! The space and the quality of furniture were better than many long-term apartments, fully equipped - we had two TV's ! Really comfy and height bed, leather sofa and breakfast bar in kitchen, really classy! The best accommodation we had on our 12 days journey!

Minor problems: the fan switch was broken in the bathroom and the bath drainage was slow- probably a bit of soap stuck in there, but the size and the quality of the room made up for this all! We would appreciate a bigger breakfast though and not just a toast and coffee....So, A&W again!

The guest rooms are very nice and large. Hotel/restaurants/guest rooms were very clean. Breakfast was not included but we had breakfast at their restaurant and it was excellent. Good choices to pick from and friendly waitresses.

This has nothing to do with the hotel but we had dinner at the Triple G Hideaway and we did not like it. We should have had dinner at the restaurant in the hotel.

Having a full restuarant on sight was very nice. The rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and answered any questions we had.

The full restuarant closed early in the evening so you couldn't get food if you arrived late. The weight room was small and the hot tube was closed down. The rooms were a bit small for a large family.

This is a straightforward, comfortable hotel with your basic amenities. There is not much else in the area and I found this to be adequate and comfortable for a hot shower and a good night's sleep.

The walls of the hotel are cement cinderblocks which gave it a sort of jail-like feel. My room was also pretty dark. The bedding could be updated.

Everything about the Woodlands is a 10. We have stayed here many times and it is always a pleasure. There are a variety of suite types and all of them are so comfortable and offer all the amenities you would want. The restaurant/lounge offers great service and fantastic menu. In the morning there's a full breakfast that will fill you up for sure.

Zero! The management and staff at the Woodlands deliver the highest quality level lodging and dining facility. I love stopping here.

It's very convenient, walkable to some restaurants since we missed the in-house restaurant due to late arrival. The room is quiet and a decent size. The waitress at breakfast the next morning was pleasant. She's Filipina but didn't get her name.

The check-in lady was a little stern, not that friendly. Not sure she even smiled.

Power was out due to wildfires and Woodlands had a generator! They cheerfully supplied everyone with their needs! It was spectacular to witness this! I liked everything here! Great value! Great steam shower in basement! Excellent breakfast (greatly improved since my last visit in 2021!) Everything was fabulous!

No fridge in the room but it wasn’t a dealbreaker!

Very nice hotel and restaurant. Lots of parking. I stayed here twice on my way to and from Alaska. One of the last large hotels on the way west to Alaska. I was towing a camper trailer and there was room to park in the back. There’s plugs available to plug in your vehicle in the winter. Having a restaurant right at the hotel was extremely helpful to me since I was limited on places big enough to get into with a camper. I liked the hotel enough to stay there twice and I also recommended it to another driver that was traveling through.

Wi-Fi didn’t work very well either time I stayed. Wi-Fi is extremely important for my work because I’m limited on data when I travel outside the US.
