There were unexpected plumbing problems in our room so when we arrived there was no room available anymore, which made us really angry at first (we had booked 5 months in advance) But after a quick chat with the very nice owner, he organized another perfectly fine room for us close.by and invited us for dinner in one of his beachfront restaurant. So after a bit of hassle, we had a perfect night and evening. Everything was handled very professionally. The second night we stayed at the spring villa hotel, which is totally to recommend. Clean, spacious and quiet!

Very comfortable room, great location. Best thing is the value of the room . The bathrooms are a bit dated , no much in the way of facilities. But if you're looking for a clean comfortable room with a good TV, tea / coffee facilities to sleep in that is in a great location (right on the lake) this is the place. There are rooms with a lake view and the car parking is very good. The staff are excellent.

We stayed May long weekend for 3 nights for $251. Amazing value. Our room faced parking lot, which was not a problem as we were tired when we got to room. The view from the front of hotel is spectacular. The food for lunch was phenomenal and super quality and taste. I will remember this place. Our room was also very large with 2 queen beds and comfortable mattresses. Highly recommend for the amazing view and value you get. Renard-Alberta

I like the place very accesible to the play park,store and lake, the staff is so kind and respectful and very approachable. overall my family loved it although is a small place but it's money worth it. I will gave them 4 star s out of 5.

One thing that we are looking is microwave to warm the food. this is one thing that they don't have that's why i give them only 4 stars.

The premises are very clean and the staff is friendly. The attached restaurant caters Italian food with room service and a very accommodating chef. Free parking and WiFi.

Be aware: *There is no elevator. * At check in, a credit card is logged and will be charged in case of damages to the property.

Great location and very good price! Great value for the money, and it was recommended by BC Tourism Bureau. Staff were very friendly and helpful!

We were unable to make a coffee in the morning as there was no cold water. Only hot water came out of cold water tap. Our room was on the second floor,serviced by a steep series of stairs which was hard to navigate in our mid-70''s! An elevator would be a big improvement!

I chose this mainly for the off season rates. Although it is 45 minutes from my daily destination, the rate more than offset the travel distance to Maple Ridge. Were it summer rates I would probably reconsider this location. As far as the facility is concerned I was pleased with everything.

Only the travel distance to Maple Ridge which of coarse was my choice. There check-in. Had to call a number posted in the lobby. No other information was available. Guess it must be a requirement to carry a phone, if I hadn't had one don't know how I would have been able to check in.

We called the # to check in the lady came fast. She was very nice and helpful. The room was quite and clean. The hotel is a bit old but everything functions just fine. Lots of hot water. But were firm and comfortable. Room was cold on a hot day. Right across from the lagoon in the middle of all the shops and restaurants. The stairs a steep be mindful for anyone who may have trouble there.

Needed a microwave

Bed was very comfortable ,room clean, location was great, staff was very helpful & attentive, making sure to help with any concerns & requests in a timely manner. Front of hotel faces beautiful water view encouraging a walk to take in the fantastic Christmas light display !!!

The hotel is older & as such needs updating, painting & new carpets.

Staff was amazing, very friendly and down to earth, including the restaurant which had surprisingly large portions and very nice quality with a fantastic patio. Also the best price in all of Harrison, especially for being right on the main strip.

The building itself is quite old and could use some updates, but the rooms, furniture and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. The bath towels were rather small. Informal check-in process was simple but effective for the space they have available.
