There were unexpected plumbing problems in our room so when we arrived there was no room available anymore, which made us really angry at first (we had booked 5 months in advance) But after a quick chat with the very nice owner, he organized another perfectly fine room for us close.by and invited us for dinner in one of his beachfront restaurant. So after a bit of hassle, we had a perfect night and evening. Everything was handled very professionally. The second night we stayed at the spring villa hotel, which is totally to recommend. Clean, spacious and quiet!

I chose this mainly for the off season rates. Although it is 45 minutes from my daily destination, the rate more than offset the travel distance to Maple Ridge. Were it summer rates I would probably reconsider this location. As far as the facility is concerned I was pleased with everything.

Only the travel distance to Maple Ridge which of coarse was my choice. There check-in. Had to call a number posted in the lobby. No other information was available. Guess it must be a requirement to carry a phone, if I hadn't had one don't know how I would have been able to check in.

Staff was amazing, very friendly and down to earth, including the restaurant which had surprisingly large portions and very nice quality with a fantastic patio. Also the best price in all of Harrison, especially for being right on the main strip.

The building itself is quite old and could use some updates, but the rooms, furniture and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. The bath towels were rather small. Informal check-in process was simple but effective for the space they have available.

Spring Villa Hotel was easy to locate and so were the back parking. The check-in was quick and easy (Contact number was listed on the wall and they meet you up at the front) The hotel room is average for the price you pay for. A simple bed, nice washroom, AC, cable TV, mini fridge, and a coffee maker. Spending extra for balcony view is worth it, if you want to wake up looking out to a mountain view. Spring Villa Hotel is conveniently located in the middle of the restaurants, park, and lake.

Perhaps having a microwave would be a useful accomodation.

Fantastic location across the lake! Budget friendly. Friendly reception. Restaurant on first floor. Central location. Free parking. Free wifi.

No elevator. Difficult for those with mobility issues if room is on the second floor. Heater could not keep us warm at night during the last week of March when we had a bit of rain, snow, and hail. And sunshine all in one day! No microwave. Still a great place to stay - No frills hotel, very budget friendly and right across the lake! WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

The room was lovely. The little balcony was perfect to side and share some wine while overlooking the lake. I got the king room and bed was comfortable.

the walls are a bit thin, nothing you can help, but noise died down before we wanted to sleep so that was ok. I was a little bummed there wasn't any food onsite, but was told it is opening again soon, and they were working on it while we were there. But it forced us to get out a walk the town which was really awesome and the reason we were there anyway lol

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Because it was the slow season were upgraded at no extra cost to a room overlooking the lake. The location was great. Although it was clearly an older building, the room had updated decor and looked very nice. There was a small balcony that would be quite nice in the summer.

The smoke alarm was missing.

Manager Jas, was pleasant and lovely! She went out of her way to let us check in earlier than 3, she had the room ready for 2pm and then aloud us to leave the next morning at 12 with no charges so we could go to the public mineral pool for family day! We would stay there again for sure. Sweet friendly and accommodating:)

It’s an old motel, just needs a bit of updating, but we are no fuss kind of people location and free parking and friendly staff made it great!

A microwave would have been great.

Room was very large, and the view of the lake was beautiful. We had a little balcony that we could sit on in the evenings and watch the lake. The bed was very comfortable plenty of pillows. It is one of the older Hotels in the area and the area is beautiful. Lots of restaurants and other things within walking distance.

TV did not work when we got there. We were busy the first few days and was not able to make a connection with the staff finally got a hold of them the last night and they got it fixed.
