The location was right on the lake and the amenities were comfortable and as shown in the photos. It had TV, patio seating, two electrical stove coil, fridge, and kitchen sink in addition to bathroom's. I saw but didn't use they have a coin Laundry room and electrical scooters at ground floor. We stayed for a night but can see the potential of staying here for a longer term stay.

The outside isn't impressive but the inside is nice. Hold onto your expectations, the gem is behind the doors. We arrived in the evening and had to ring a bell for service, but staff was friendly and showed up for us.

It was a lovely location. The room we had opened onto a balcony on the beach. There was a table on the balcony and we ate there all the time. Stacey was super helpful with any questions we had. The room was quiet and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay of 2 weeks. We used it as a base to tour wineries through Penticton,Oliver and Osoyoos .

The description of the kitchen area wasn’t correct and the fridge was a lot smaller than we expected. That was all.

Hosts and Staff were excellent. Had a band Saturday night which was super! Location central.

The chairs for the table were dirty and had stains. The kitchen counter was tiny and the burners didn't work so plug in burners which worked well were supplied but then there was no counter space. The pots and pans were old (glad i brought my own). The room was a good size so could add a small cart or something for more counter space. Also more hooks would be beneficial. The railing on the balcony was filled with cobwebs.

Breakfast N/A Location was excellent , the view is exceptional ! The first week the room was not so great , no space between the beds and the rest of the room , the stove did not work . The second week we moved to 2 bedroom condo , everything was great , except the water , the color was brownish , do not know the reason .

It was a reasonable price, had a fridge and microwave and the location was perfect. Private beach on one side, the other side of the lake on the other and walking distance to stores etc. The staff were exceptionally nice and helpful, great communication.

The front window was locked with a block of wood and the bathroom window could be opened easily from outside. I expect Osoyoos is pretty safe, but a couple of things could do with updating. That said, we would most definitely stay there again.

The room was clean and in excellent condition. Convenient beachside location and excellent view of the lake.

Although the room itself was perfect, the outside of the property was dated and run down. The lock on the door was not very reliable. The room had a mini oven but there was no suitable cookware provided - only a full set of saucepans with handles which were of no use with the oven. Unable to report this due to restricted office opening hours.

The hotel room was good value for the money. We had a plumbing issue in the room but the staff were very quick to respond and moved us to a different room. The location is great with stores and restaurants nearby.

The motel's answering machine states that the front desk is unavailable after 5 pm which is strange for a motel. However, when we had difficulties, they were taken care of quickly and professionally.

Overall, we were very pleased with the stay. Just a couple of steps to the beach, lots of activities near by, friendly staff, soft sand on the beach, unlike the day area on the other side of Osoyoos lake.

The drainage both in the washroom sink and the shower could used a good service, does not drain properly. Also the view was not as described, did not get the view that we were expecting.

It is located on the beach.. Free coffee in the rooms do you can enjoy your coffee on the beach. They have an out door eatting area. When we booked in the manager was so friendly and helpful. I love the idea of texing the frount desk. She was so helpful with telling us places to eat. Also so many deals . The rooms were very clean. And safe. I like the code key on the doors.

Excellent location! 10-15 minute walk to all attractions. Staff was amazing. Hughie and Stacy were wonderful hosts and very accommodating. The price was amazing. The view and the private beach were incredible!

Had no issues with the property. It is an older building but the owners are in the process of fixing it up.
