We were greeted by a recent transplant from Alberta at the front desk and what a wonderful way to start with such a lovely young lady! Loved an adult hot tub option and the pool was warm. Beyond clean room, super clean and everything you need. The location is unbeatable, we did the KTV in a couple directions so it was great having a bike storage area in the garage.

Only 2 things and obviously me rating this location a 10 is not a deal breaker. 1. we had to go the local hardware store to get WD40 for the all the doors in the stairwell beside beside us as it was SO bad, including our room door. 2. We were playing cards by the pool and was asked to move quite abruptly as an incoming wedding was due. Totally fair but I would have handled it differently, I would have had a sign up ahead of time notifying guests this area will be off limits for some set amount of time and maybe a softer approach when approaching the table of other guests. Although, I do understand it is a stressful moment for staff.

My room was spotless clean and comfortable, especially the bed. The spacious balcony with great views was such a plus. The facicilities are all new, nice and clean. The hotel is right on the beach in beautiful surroundings. Restaurants, bars, shops and cafes all on the same block, so can't beat the location. Some of the staff are welcoming, knowledgeable and polite, friendly people. This place is pet friendly through and through. My all in all experience was great and I would return to Watermark Beach Resort.

Some of the staff members are clueless and unprofessional with some attitude. Wifi is non- existent (at least on the south side 4th floor) and they did nothing to fix it when I mentioned to front desk. Had to use hotspot to work. If you don't need to work remotely while on vacation, it's no issue though. I would have appreciated if someone told me where my room was at check in as the resort is rather large. But I figured it all out by day 2, no major issues.

We didn’t get a chance to use the pool on this trip as we encountered quite a storm with thunder, lightening and rain, very unusual for Osoyoos at this time of the year. Our room, though, was extremely comfortable, very large with a kitchen, living room, all the comforts of home. The large king bed was to die for, we had such great sleeps! The room was super clean and quiet, and the products provided were wonderful! We will definitely stay here again when we return to Osoyoos…..for sure!

Very nice resort. Our suite was big enough with a kitchen and washer/dryer. Good choice of food in the bistro on the main floor. Steam room is amazing, and it's open 24 hours. I liked the set of robes, which were soft and comfortable. Also, it would be great to have disposable flip-flops

The smell of food from the bistro was bothering me a little bit, I could smell it even on the second floor, where our suite was.

We had a lovely room with a view of the lake and a patio. Very modern well stocked with good appliances and dishes. The bed was a little soft for a bad back, but everything else was excellent.

Extremely comfortable bed linen and pillows Location was wonderful. On the lake within walking distance of amenities, shops, restaurants Staff was very pleasant and accommodating

Everthing went smoothly for a wonderful stay. Our room and the location really hit the spot. We are coming back for the month of April 2024

The blind on the door to the patio was broken

Nice hotel. Very clean, had a one bedroom suite bigger than my apartment in coal harbor Vancouver. King size bed with super comfortable covered free parking. Always nice in winter.Front desk girl was exceptionally nice .

Great place to stay. Huge rooms and very well laid out. On site restaurant is good. Front desk staff are amazing! We’re travelling with a dog and Angelina took such good care of us, we were honestly blown away.

The room and kitchenette, washroom etc. was lovely. We got a city view, no lake views available so I thought it would be a nicer view. The balcony, deck was great in terms of size and we used it daily. The location to restaurants and services like the drug store and liquor store was perfect.

The view from the room and I was a bit put off during check in with the staff member who checked us in, it was like we were bothering her and she gave me no info about parking or anything until I asked. Maybe she was having a bad day. The checkout however was great and the staff member in that instance was friendly and kind.
