This motel might look a bit old from the outside, but inside the room was very clean. The staff is very nice, and the motel includes also a japanese restaurant. The price for the room was 50% of the avg price we had during the rest of our trip in BC/Alberta : the BEST deal we had during the whole trip ! The motel is located just at the entrance of the city Nearby you can a small walk to the "Hole in the Wall"

Good motel by the highway. We had a newly renovated room with great beds and anything we needed. Much nicer than on the pictures. And suprisingly quiet during the night. Sushi Restaurant in the building.

We were on the ground floor and looked right against a sheet metal fence and piles of stuff related to their renovations. If you stay longer, maybe ask for the upper floor.

The room was renovated and much nicer than the pictures. It was cleaner than other motels I stayed in. It also has a Japanese Restaurant, so no need to go into town.

There was some loud noise one of the nights from a cleaning device I suppose. It was after 10pm and I wanted to sleep.

Its location was ideal being between Ladysmith and Tofino. Made the sightseeing driving reasonable in duration. Also very good for a trip into Port Albertina.

It was a little old and basic, but overall good value for money and reasonable.

They accommodated our late arrival and when we we decided to stay an extra night, they allowed us to remain in the same unit instead of making us change rooms.

The tub was quite slippery for not only myself but severely slippery for my elderly (79yrs old) mom

Beds were new and super comfortable

I requested a ground floor room and this time they couldn’t accommodate that I guess cause we were upstairs and my 80yr mom had to climb 2 flights of stairs

Needed accommodation nearby hospital that was a reasonable price & Timber lodge proved perfect.

Had hoped for no stairs to room but in the end all was very manageable!
