I love everything about The Ramada Hotel downtown Prince George. This is My Place to stay now when I go to Prince George. I have stayed ib several hotels in Prince George and The Ramada has definitely Won Me Over! I don't really have any desire to even try a different hotel in Prince George anymore as I am absolutely satisfied and comfortable with the location, the rooms and the service I have experienced at The Ramada By Wyndham Prince George, BC.

For My Personal needs and expectations for a hotel room, I like everything this Accommodation has to offer. No Complaints whatsoever!

Everything was Great! I had arrived around 1:30 and checked with the front desk as to whether it would be possible to check in early. The Guest Service Rep inquired online and stated that the specific room that was designated to me through my online booking, would not be available until the regular check in time of 3:00PM - I told him I totally understood and was more than fine to wait until 3:00PM. He then said, "Just a sec, I will check and see if I can possibly find a different room for you that is available now" - I told him that I was totally find to wait, but he went above and beyond and found me a room that I could check into right away - was so so nice of the Ramada employee to do that for me. Also, he said, "Please be sure and let us know if there is anything you need during your stay with us!" It made me feel like in a world where people are being treated like numbers only and employees don't give a hoot about really leasing the customer, that there really are still some kind caring people in this world who aren't just working for the almighty dollar, but actually have some regard for the person standing in front of them. I am disappointed that I didn't actually ask this customer service rep his full name so I could give him the personal recognition that he deserved.

Nothing could have been better. I thoroughly enjoy staying at The Ramadaa By Wyndham in Prince George!!!

The bedroom was nice. Staff was accommodating and friendly. Provided a portable mirror with light as the lighting in the room was too dark to put make up on. Room was cleaned daily

The carpet was damaged on edges and the temp didn't regulate properly. The thermostat was not working properly. Lighting in the room is too dark. There were no vents in the washroom. The air didn't circulate properly.

Beautiful bathtub and roomy suite. Bed was a bit soft but comfy and clean. Carpets seemed clean. Staff were lovely and let me have early check in. Loved the bathrobes!

There were some pretty prominent stains on the bathmat and towels. The ceiling had water damage and faucets were dirty. Half of the jets in the tub were broken. The tub faucets are busted in a strange way where they are very hard to turn off, as well as all the lamps.

Close to 3verythibg I needed. Crossroads brewery next door was great. Starbucks at location was great . The staff were great...and do there best to make ur stay fantastic. Pet friendly as well. Hotel lobby area was clean and checking in was smooth.

The downtown issues, such as homelessness and drug use in area.. didn't feel comfortable out when walking during the day but worse after 5pm. ..depending on direction once leaving hotel... very sad.

Starbucks in lobby, close to most great eateries, the rain shower, covered secure parking

It took along time to have our room cleaned. We had to request . Property was very short-staffed, but cleaners were polite and efficient. It appeared some were working 10 or 12 hour shifts.

Clean and comfortable room.

Parkade not attached to building and rather unsavory people wandering the streets at night. A man was passed out or overdosed in the lobby of the parkade when I returned to my room at night. Consider another location if your traveling alone.

All of downtown Prince George has a serious problem with drugs affected homeless people The Ramada location is also affected although not the worst in the CBD

Room was comfortable with good beds and facilities. Ability to open a window.

Better signage required to show how to operate the special glass between the shower and the bedroom (closing bathroom door makes the glass opaque)

Very friendly front desk staffs and room attendants. Free swimming pool is very quiet. Great location in town. Feel very safe to stay at this hotel.

Parking spot is very narrow and limited.
