Very nice property for a group. Two separate bedroom with the option to choose a double or 2 twins - made request to the Property Manager. Fully fitted kitchen with coffee & tea, some oil, dishes. There is a BBQ & tools. Games. Room in the garage for 1 car, there is guest parking on a first come first served basis.
No air conditioning, fans in the bedrooms. There was a thermostat, so we may just not have known how to use it. The fans were effective. Also, I was charged twice, once by Booking and once by the Property. The double charge WAS reversed after a month. I was told that this glitch in the system is temporary as the Property was moving from their system to Booking's system. This was the only issue, and it looks as though it may be resolved.

Lovely comfortable, welcoming home in Revelstoke. Located between Revelstoke town and Revelstoke mountain resort, approximately 5 minutes drive to each. Very well equipped kitchen with plenty of useful cooking utensils, modern appliances, free tea and coffee. Washing machine and tumble dryer with detergent and tumble dryer balls.
Unfortunately there was a planned power outage in Revelstoke while we were staying at the property. It would have been nice for the property management company to have informed us about the planned outage prior to our stay to avoid the stress of waking up with no lights or appliances working and not knowing why. The 24 hour Guest Services number provided in the joining instructions was also unable to assist as its actually the reservations line.

Main lock appeared faulty - did not always engage to unlock. On contact the agency, they advised that the handle needed to be pulled towards you when unlocking. This would have been useful information upfront, rather than having to deal with it on the spot and sometimes taking a number of attempts to get in.

The condo was spacious, bright, comfortable and well appointed. Location close to the ski lifts and the town center.
The driveway outside the garage was icy and difficult to walk on. There was a bit of a problem with using the code lock upon arrival, we have not met the hosts.

I found the cleaning cost excessive for the size of the unit and the preparation required before leaving.

Very clean and comfortable with a lot of space, location is perfect for the ski hill. Super safe garage parking for most size vehicles.

The light outside the master bedroom window leading to the basement stairwell was on all through the night and made the bedroom to bright
