The bed was comfortable, and it was nice to have a couch in the room as well. Great location right next to a great Indian restaurant which we stopped at for dinner. In general, the suite was comfy and had what we needed. Free breakfast is always a plus!

The tub/shower wasn't very clean and the bathroom in general needed some sprucing up. The Wi-Fi never worked on my laptop, although it worked okay (not amazingly) on our phones. The pancake machine at breakfast was broken so it was only prepackaged muffins, fruit, and beverages.

A very large property, tons of space to park, good clean rooms, close to restaurants and a breakfast to get you going. All at a value for money price level. We were very happy with our stay here.

No complaints

It’s a very simple motel, great for a few nights. But what really stood out was the staff. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I stayed here three months ago and they remembered me when I came back. You don’t find that type of service very often so I’d highly recommend staying here if you need a place in Smithers.

I went to Smithers to spend the night and hit the Hudson Bay Mountain for snowboarding. The room was super cheap, clean, and beds were comfortable. Can't complain for the price.

Definitely wouldn't stay for the breakfast. Bagels, toast, some cereal, and coffee/juice. Other than that, the price is nice and so is the location.

A quick, overnight stay. Excellent value for money: no frills, gets the job done, no complaints. Staff were friendly and helpful. Included breakfast was a bonus. Parked right outside the room window; short walk to Main Street. We'd stay again.

Pancake machine was out of order, not sure if breakfast items were restocked throughout the morning, as it was a little scant some mornings by 9 when I was able to get the toddler ready for public spaces. 🙃

The fan in the room couldn't be controlled (read: turned off) using the wall controls as suggested. I don't like to sleep with a running fan, so I was able to unplug it at the wall, which probably isn't ideal. It solved my problem, but not every guest would think to try that

The room was nice, and comfortable. You could smell that it was clean. It was also close to a lot of the amenities. Plus the view of the mountains was 2nd to none! I took my bike there and I was not looked any different than anyone else. I was also able to park my bike right out by my window.

The heater was not working, I tried to turn it up but sadly no. The TV was kind of small. The room was kinda cold (no pictures or anything like that)

It would be nice to have an easier entrance for the stroller when you go with your baby. It is not the end of the world because there are only 2 floors but definitely another way would be beneficial.

Staff went out of her way to get us into a suitable room where we could bring our bikes in, for extra security. So helpful.

Breakfast is very basic, but ok for us.
