The rooms were very clean, the cleaning staff did an excellent job! I could see them washing a ton sheets down the hall, and they were working very hard. The restaurant is great, they even bring the food right to your room.

Only thing I didn't like was the fitness center on basement floor (women may not always feel safe going on basement floor to work out). Fitness center was very hot with no air conditioning or water or towels. Despite that, I still give the hotel 5 stars and would love to come back again.

Spacious and clean room, beds were decent, location near town center with all available things needed. Hotel has choice for dinner options. Washing facilities available, good wifi and free parking!

Breakfast not included in price, bit outdated! Food quality for the price could be higher. Food isn't bad, but price to quality ratio isn't proportionate!

My room was a little far to get to and I don't walk as well as I used to. However I didn't mention this when booking so that was my fault. Some parents let children run and yell in halls.

It is a very nice hotel. We traveled with a dog, there was ample space to walk her. Thanks for sending me a message that a dog room was not available, but you accommodated us. Restaurants were great!

Breakfast in the restaurant was sub-standard, but overall the hotel is very nice. The only other drawback is that it is on the highway rather than being right in the lovely town of Smithers, so walking around downtown is not an easy option. We recommend asking for a room on the back side of the building to avoid highway noise. Overall a good place to stay, somewhat on the expensive side - but very modern, clean and comfortable!

The Eggs Benny is the best dish ever. I stay at this hotel for that dish.

I asked for an early check in when I arrived. I felt the gentleman was alittle snappy at my reminder of this request. Worked out my room was ready, but I didn't care for his rudeness.

Gorgeous mountain view! The property is older but well maintained with nice extras like robes in the rooms. Friendly professional staff. Really appreciated early coffee available in the lobby.

Nice place to stay, very friendly staff in reception. Good restaurant with an impressive menu for such a small town. The hotel has a basic amenities but it is comfy and clean.

Rooms are a bit small. Good for a one person but likely not very comfy for two.

Cleaner service was not good….same dirty coffee cups in room for three days … had to go ask for a new towel…. No replacement coffee etc for three nights

Second time staying here. Very pet friendly. Beautiful setting and central location. Rooms are exceptionally clean. Staff are all very welcoming. We enjoyed our stay and will return again!
