The motel is located in a central area and close to all amenities and art gallery/farmers market/museum. The staff were very accommodating and their hospitality was exceptional. Breakfast served up to 9 am and was excellent - the buffet style service provided food for every diet. The cook prepared the BEST over-easy eggs that I have ever eaten anywhere! My room was clean, spacious, and included a small fridge, wifi, and TV. Even though I didn't need maid service (I stayed 3 days), the staff still asked if I was OK for towels, garbage removal or extra bed coverings. My visit to Smithers was so enjoyable due to the friendly management of this motel.

There was nothing that I didn't like.

The Inn was located in a perfect spot; just off the highway. Very nice and recently renovated rooms which had a log cabin style vibe to them. Breakfast was also nice because it had made to order eggs. Other options for breakfast included cereal, yogurt and fruit. Very nice. I indicated "Not Applicable" for the room as I looked out in the parking lot. The view wasn't as important as the location and the comfort.

Nothing comes to mind. The Inn met and exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay there again if passing through.

We had a very comfortable stay. I liked the room -- clean, comfortable, and fairly quiet. No hairdryer in the room but that is not a huge issue. The breakfasts were very good and plentiful. We love the central location to the down town. I have stayed here before. It is basic -- not super fancy -- but good value for the price and good service. My friend's room had some small issues with the soap dispenser, the overhead light on the bed wasn't working, and one other glitch (can't recall what it was) but again, nothing catastrophic. Oh, no pen or phone in the room. Had a great time shopping -- Farmer's market, the down town stores etc. Ate some excellent sushi at the Blue Water restaurant and enjoyed a nice beer on the patio at the Smither's Brewing Company. Hiked to Twin Falls and then Crater Lake on the Sunday -- absolutely amazing!! Just a beautiful hike. Enjoyed coffee at the Bugwood Coffee cafe, too.

No hairdryer in the room. Mattress was quite firm but I just prefer a little softer mattress.

What a beautiful place to stay in. The staff were quite wonderful and looked after my 'wants' very well. The breakfast was really good with a wonderful selection and all was cooked to perfection - especially the hot foods. Everything was available with a very friendly young lady at the helm and we were waited on immediately. The service was really good.

There was nothing that I didn't like.

Located just off the highway, this is a basic BUT clean and comfortable property. The room provides all you really need, without any "extras" and the real ace in the hand is the included breakfast - not just toast or make yourself waffles, but sausages, eggs & hashbrowns. Really nice staff, and within easy range of restaurants.

Firstly, is you have mobility issues advise at booking, no elevator to 2nd floor. Few plug ins for charging up our electronics. No phone, coffee maker or microwave if you need such things (the "extras" that you really rarely use anyway !!)

This is the 6th time I have stayed here over the past 18 yrs as my youngest brother lives here. We came with my other brother from Vernon for a short visit and had a celebration of life for our parents who both both passed during Covid. Always been a great place, so close to everything so you can walk everywhere. Hasn’t changed much over the years, new owners but always clean and the owners have always been great.

The breakfast available was fantastic. Eggs made on request. Great coffee, and amazing pancakes

My only note for improvement would be to the parking. The back lot seemed a bit dark and we ended up parking beside the hotel on Main street as the lot at the front was full.

It was very clean. They offered breakfast every morning from 6-9. not your regular continental breakfast, this was by far much better. They made eggs to order and there was ham, sausage, hash browns and pancakes as well as toast. cereal, yogurt, juices and coffee— all included with your stay

the mattress was not very comfortable.

The room had been recently renovated. The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was better than expected; all homemade, eggs made to order and cooked perfectly! Good location.

What is not to like? Small, one assumes family owned place; comfortable, quaint, quiet...
