We had to find a quick place to stay here due to a road closure that was happening. We were informed of this about 90 minutes before we got to Valemount, so we used the Booking.com app, and it literally saved the day. Room was clean and roomy. Very comfortable beds and quiet in spite of being next to a main entrance corridor. Shower was great. Close enough to a Tim Hortons/ pizza restaurant/ convenience store, that if you needed anything, it was a quick walk. Very good value for the money.

It was great and the town a cute little surprise. Fantastic jump off point for Mount Robson just 30 minutes away.

We didn't like the interior room which opened onto the pool deck. If we could open the slider that is, it was locked from the outside so a bit concerning for fire exit? No real breakfast options in the town so it would have been nice to have onsite.

Easy access to the room and check in. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was pleasant and helpful

Unfortunately the wonderful (pre Covid) complimentary breakfast hasn't returned yet. We look forward to it's return. Our room backed onto the swimming pool so there was a lot of screaming noises until the pool closed. The A/C unit is effective, however quite noisy.

we had to take a room in the older part of the property which was a long walk from the front. I have very limited mobility and the was no convenient place to park near a door close to my room. I had indicated my disability and requested a ground floor room. In the past I was always given a much more convenient room.

It was very clean. The coffee was good. We had real cups for our coffee, although the motel also provided for the waste cups with lids, some guests require. We had a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment which we needed.

It was pretty quiet and front staff were polite.

Pool was under construction STILL. We were looking forward to the hot tub after a 7 hr car ride and my kid to swim off some energy. Oh well. I let her run up and down the stairs a few times. Worked too. Would stay again.

Room was spacious & comfortable. Bath was nice because we were too late for the hot tub.

No information in the room about the facilities - so we're unaware pool closing time. No electric jug.

Room backed on to pool which could have been really practical, but we didn't use it and it just meant Aircon pulled air from pool area that was quite smelly.

Beds and storage space very good. Nice to have coffee provided. Hot tub, though I didn’t use it. Laundry facilities, though I did not use. Would be a great place to stay if doing fieldwork.

No bkfst provided. Too expensive.

I had a good night's rest for my travels. The bed was comfortable but I found the room on the small side with no closet or hooks to hang clothes. It is close to the highway but at night the traffic quiets right down
