Great location. Stayed 10 years ago. The facilities looked great! Inside the rooms were a little run down, but worked okay! They had a mini golf course which was free for guests but was very unkempt. The clerk had us booked in a room I didn't request but oblidged and fixed us up.

The balcony was really dirty with twigs and leaves and the only way to lock patio door only locked with a bar and door was difficult to open.

Great place for short or longer stays. It's very clean and you have everything that you may need. The internet worked great as well, and the room was quiet and very spacious. We were fortunate to get the room with the lake view, and it was most beautiful balcony view! There is a really lovely mini golf course within the complex to keep you entertained, too.

The whole motel itself is a bit outdated. It certainly is not the deal breaker, as everything works great and it's really well kept, but it's worth mentioning.

Pleasant location, beautiful view of the river, comfortable room, generally quiet, and pleasant staff (especially the First Nation front desk, sorry I do not know his name)

It's an older place from it's outside looks but once inside things get a lot better. A single person could live there with a living-room/kitchen, full bath and a separate bed room! All the things you'd need to cook a full meal and clean up afterwards!!

The place looked run down from the outside. Getting in and out of the place was a bit difficult. The traffic on the road is moving very fast which isn't the motels fault but still a reality. I'd still stay there!

Staff friendly and efficient. The view from the room was a bonus as was the balcony. We had a quiet relaxing stay even though nearby rooms were occupied.

The receptionist asked why we had chosen to stay there as she didn't rate Williams Lake a place for tourists. We found ample things to do.

The view is beautiful. The ability to get a flow of fresh air through the room was appreciated.

The tub water was difficult to shut off. The bathroom could floor and heater could have been cleaner. The lighting couldn’t be turned on at the entrance to the room.

Rooms in the back are away from the traffic noise. It is right on the edge of town, so easy access to hospital.

On second visit we were told we had a room 15, away from the traffic but moved us to the noisy front rooms right on the edge of Highway 97

Very nice motel. Everything is there, even a balcony with a view on the lake. Clean and comfortable. It was one of 2 or 3 very best motels on my way (out of ~15). The staff really cares about you.

Some bugs. Look like mosquitoes but don't bite. Still a little bit unpleasant.

The staff were INCREDIBLE!! I did not realize that check-in ended at 8pm and I was set to arrive later, so I called and the gentleman was so kind and helpful. He also gave such good directions and made me feel very welcomed. Incredible first impression. The room was cozy and lovely, the bed was SO comfortable. I was blown away, especially for the cost. I did not have high expectations because it was inexpensive but I was sure delightfully surprised.

I had a hard time getting hot water in the shower but I'm pretty sure I was using the handle incorrectly.

The grounds of the property are absolutely spectacular. Specifically all of the flowers and pretty landscaping.

No air conditioning. Room is extremely dated. The physical key made me a bit nervous (security concern) as anyone can replicate a no copy key by tipping the worker.
