The simple family feel of it.

There were several repair issues on site. The hot tub jets didn’t work, both vending machines on 1st floor didn’t work the 3rd floor vending machine took money from us and didn’t give soda twice. The door out to deck was sealed shut and we asked if it could get fixed and no one showed up until our last day of trip.

Convenient. Pretty view of the lake.

Our room was overlooking a tarred roof. We were just there one night so not a problem but if we were staying longer that would have been a problem. Not much to do in the town. Descriptions online lead to me to believe that there would be more to see and do. We missed the Gimli Glider musuem but I googled it and enjoyed reading the story. Conv

Enjoyed the size of the rooms , the comfort of the beds, inside access to shops the restaurant and Robin’s and parking lot that was free and the view

The only part was the loudness of children running up and down the hallways on our floor and above and playing mini sticks in the hallways when trying when we were trying to sleep

I love staying at this hotel due to its location. People are friendly and when the weather is good, the location is beautiful.

They need a store on site that is open later, or the reception should have drinks for sale. When travelling, we're usually on corporate cards, and don't want to spend our own money with Vending machines etc.

Location is the best. We had a room with view on the city and we could enjoy live music on Saturday night. King size bed was extremely comfy.

Outside the hotel looks like new, but inside lacks freshness. Some things need to be changed ( blanket with moth holes). Mirrors and glass doors could be cleaner.

Breakfast on the patio overlooking Lake Winnipeg was very pleasant. Nice setting and good food, reasonably priced for a hotel. Our room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. As well, each room has a sliding patio door onto a balcony with a couple chairs.

The room decor is fairly basic and a bit dated.

My only one complaint that when it rains the water on the balcony doesn't run off had to use a pizza box to push off the water!!! But no big deal!!!

We really appreciated the effort staff put into providing early registration so we could prepare for a wedding. The location and facilites are great.

I am not a fan of carpet in hotel rooms so maybe laminated floors could be in the next reno???

The breakfast was good, but a little pricy. The staff at the front desk were excellent ❣️ The end of the Resort we stayed in is very dated! Next time we hope to stay in the newer section with a lakefront suite. 🤞🏻

We got a pool view room and loved sitting on the balcony looking out at the lake and listening to the waves!

Wasn't made aware if there was a breakfast included so got a breakfast sandwich etc from Robins Donuts which wasn't very good at all and the coffee was very bland.
