Loved all of the options for breakfast! Which is perfect for a stay with kids since they all like different things. The pool and water slide was so fun!

The chlorine levels in the pool the first day were really strong and my eyes were burning just by standing in the pool (not going under). The hot tub was very lukewarm and the jets weren’t strong. The second day the pool was ‘out of order’ so I think they are aware of the issue and hopefully it’s fixed quickly so others can enjoy

The room was comfortable, the breakfast was great and the fact it had a BBQ to use was great. It was a clean facility.

The rooms were not cleaned in between, towels were not replaced, sinks were not washed, beds were not fixed. . That was disappointing. The cleaning staff were outside our door Saturday morning and asked to clean our room and re stock, but she didn't speak English, so we couldn't communicate - disappointing again.

Breakfast options were awesome, pool was excellent for the kids. Very comfortable rooms. Overall hotel was very modern and exceeded our expectations.

The pool area could be cleaner, especially for when it opens in the morning. Would love it if breakfast hours could be a bit longer as it's tough to make it early with a family.

The staff, from the front desk to the people running breakfast to the cleaning staff, were efficient and friendly.

We were disturbed by groups of children running up an down from the pool to their room on the 3rd floor next to us and the constant puddles of water in the elevator, on the floors that the staff did their best to keep up with. We strongly urge you to put a policy in place regarding footwear being worn from pool to room.

Very nice and clean hotel. We loved the pool, and hot tub, very relaxing, kids enjoyed the water slide. The breakfast was excellent. Lot of great choices including warm food. We had a great time.

The only thing we can complaint about was the bathroom sink was clogged. Otherwise beautiful hotel and excellent service.

Hotel was modern and clean, staff was amazing.

I didn’t realise there was no restaurant and it was hard to figure out who delivered. A guide to local restaurants would’ve been helpful. Also, three days with kids was messy, a little broom in the room would’ve been amazing. Instead I used a face cloth to make little piles, hard on my back.

Breakfast was good. It could use more variety as to the meat . We stayed for 7 days, so we know what was served the day before…Coffee was excellent. Staff were friendly & pleasant.

celebrated my daughters birthday at the hotel.. facility was perfect for hosting with a big dining area, lots of seating/ tables. kids had a blast in the pool and staff were very friendly and helpful. our room was close to the pool area/ lobby which couldn’t be better for travelling with kids. our room was very clean and we had a great nights sleep. would definitely recommend.

The breakfast was good, lots of variety and availability. The room was tastefully decorated with clean amenities and the common areas were spacious and had great views. The toilet handle kept falling off but a plumber fixed it the next morning after our check in. The front desk staff were pleasant.

The toilet was an extremely low rise model, so very uncomfortable for any grown person over 5 feet tall. I cannot figure out why so many hotels put very low, childlike toilets in their buildings when they are incredibly uncomfortable for the general population. Plus the toilet handle kept falling off and while it was fixed on our second day...the cleaning staff should have reported it and had it fixed prior to our checking in. Plus we had asked for a quiet room yet we're given one by a noisy stairwell.

The breakfast was good, pool slide really nice. The staff were really awesome and friendly, room service was really quick. it is highly recommended to stay in this hotel we had great experience! Kudos to the staff and team.

During breakfast, lots of guests wants to use the waffle maker making long lines every morning, I hope they can improve this to quicken the waffle making or add more equipment. Pool is a bit small specially when more than 3 families are using it.
