Very Clean , spacious room , lots of parking in front of each unit , high definition tv signal was great , complimentary breakfast & beverages included in room rate was enjoyed ( waffle maker is super )

Repairing needed for multiple large pot holes and ruts in parking lot . Bathroom Bath Towel was on smaller size so doesn't fully wrap around the shoulders or waist . Desk chair in room 104 was too low to the ground & not able to make it same height as kitchen chair

Fresh waffles for breakfast was awesome, the room was bigger than I expected, looked newly renovated. We had a nice kitchenette which I did not expect. The young man at check in was very friendly and helpful with all my requests

Towels need replacing. Maybe add a love seat, chairs not the most comfortable to rest and watch tv from as we were there 3 nights.

The location was great, right on hwy 16. You can easily get off the hwy and back on. I was in Neepawa for a meeting and it met all the right criteria for a great stay

The breakfast was a bit sparse in my opinion, there was not much for options. Would be nice to have a bit more than just a waffle and coffee. There was some juices as well

It said breakfast. White toast, cereal and waffles. A couple days out of a week fruit and muffins.

The room was spacious with one queen bed. It’s always good to have a fridge and a microwave. It was quiet.

Sidewalk in front of the rooms were not cleaned off. The breakfast was only adequate.

It was clean and the continental breakfast was sufficient. I like you can check in at anytime

I deliberately did not place sign on my door to make my bed but someone entered my room anyways.

The room was large and clean. It appeared to be recently renovated

Breakfast was not appealing and I would have preferred to take any items back to my room, which apparently is not allowed.

When I arrived he told me that he didn't have any rooms but he decided to give me the suite.

You can't see the entrance at night No lights, no indication we passed by several times before to see it

The room and bathroom were spotless. The room was modern and well kept. The room had plenty of lighting, table and chairs, large TV, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, hair dryer and even a USB charging station. Easy to use temperature control. Great location right off the main highway. Parking spot right in front of the room with electrical plugin.

Loved the waffle maker and thought food selection was reasonable for size of the motel

Better pillows/more of them on bed, need deadbolts on doors
