Wonderful staff, clean rooms, kids enjoyed the pool. i did take out a couple of stars because i travel with dogs and the door access for the dogs is broken also the garbage bin beside it is always full. there are many spots outside that are slippery due to snow and has not been cleared. this isn’t enough to say we didn’t enjoy the hotel. we will definitely come back. maybe during warmer season :)

very friendly staff, great food and buffet selection, great water facility.
-Cold air coming in from front door, very cold while eating in restaurant and when exiting our room. Suggestion would be to put a sliding wall up at the restaurant to block cold air from coming in. -Update the heating system in the rooms. -hot tub needs to be hotter it was Luke warm.

Freindly, clean, modern amenities. Lorraine at the front desk was very welcoming. Check-in was a breeze. Restaurant and pub on site were so convenient after a long day on the road!
Wish the pool was a bit bigger so grown ups could swim too, but it was fun watching the kids go down the waterside as well.

The bed was comfortable, room was clean and pool area was perfect. We booked a conference room which exceeded our expectations. The hotel itself is actually pretty spacious, the lobby is huge with some small businesses in it which is actually kind of cool. I would definitely stay there again
There was 1 woman at the front desk that was rude and abrupt. A bunch of us witnessed it multiple times during our stay.

I really liked how friendly the staff was. We ate at the Tavern and while we were there a coupe of guys came in for drinks not wearing masks. The waitress had no issue telling them they needed a mask or they would have to leave. I was there with a young grand child so having her protected was important to us. Thanks
it was a little disappointing that the pool was down. My grand daughter really wanted to play in the pool before bed Or well It couldnt be helped The chlorine filter was broke

Room was nice comfortable and clean
There was only one Staff at the front desk the entire duration of the stay. She was doing the job of 2 people. There was always a line up at the front desk for check in and the phone was ringing constantly. For a Friday night check in that is unacceptable. You can tell she was getting stressed out. She was a little curt with us but I understand her situation. I would be the same if I was working alone and have to do everything.

Started by checking in and accommodating me with a pet friendly room for my dog travelling with me, complimentary bottles of water even one for the dog;) beds were comfortable lots of extra pillows and towels. Location was excellent
