It was 32C the afternoon we arrived here, and nobody had thought to turn on the a/c before we checked in. The room itself registered 87 F on the thermostat. We could not get the a/c unit to work. So, the nice reception woman was sent to see what she could do. It took a while, but she finally got it to work .. a bit. No offer to move us to another room, which would have been sensible. It took four hours for the room temp to drop to 20 C. Not impressed.

We’ve stayed at this property twice before. It’s conveniently located and easy to drive to all of the locations we like. Kids love the pool and slide and the breakfasts are good with changes every day

On the 2nd day of our stay, they had no coffee at breakfast. Waited roughly 30 minutes and still wasn’t ready so ended up getting coffee elsewhere. This is the only negative that we’ve ever experienced staying here

This is the reason you didn’t get excellent. First morning I came into the BR at 7:30. Most of the food including waffle batter was gone already and all 3 of the staff were on break at the same time. Second day the BR was fully stocked with everything but I was disappointed to find BW doesn’t accommodate diabetics with sugar free syrup or jam etc. in all though it had very good food options and was very clean.

Everything about this hotel was amazing! The location was convenient, they had parking that could accommodate vehicles with trailers, and there was a gas station adjacent to the property. The rooms were stunning and exceptionally clean, with comfortable beds and crisp linens. The bathroom was large and well appointed with quality toiletries. The breakfast was better than most hotels, featuring a variety of hot and cold items. Overall, a fantastic stay. Highly recommend to anyone travelling through the Winnipeg area!

I loved how the breakfast was a buffet style, couple of my kids don't like eggs and there was other options definitely. I liked how when we left for the day and then came back, the room was always cleaned and stocked up with towels. Thank you so much! And the wifi was great!

The elevators could have been more cleaned. Also the pool area, the water could be more cleaned out and it was way too hot in there, especially for that summer heat when you just wanna cool down by the pool.

At the breakfast time no body take care about pancakes machine. Many people with kids would like make some pancakes but dough is finished and no body can replace it with new one. This situation is not first time when we stayed there.

daughter and I were travelling from Fredericton New Brunswick to Saskatchewan with her dog. this was the best Hotel we stayed in on the way. staff super friendly and even gave us a treat bag for the dog. excellent morning breakfast, nice clean rooms. I would highly recommend this hotel. also has lots of space adjacent to hotel to take dog for a walk.

wish could have stayed longer and used the pool

the breakfast was awesome probably the best continental breakfast I’ve had, paired with the price per night per stay this was great. my kids enjoyed the pool and the water slide

downfall felt like it was far from a lot of shopping etc, everywhere we went was 25-30 min drive but I think that’s the norm for Winnipeg. the yellow umbrella in the pool wasn’t working which would have been fun for the kids

Because of the location, you don't have access to a choice of restaurants without driving. If you've been driving all day that's not a great choice. That said, if you're not starving you can order in, and if you are there is a Denny's next door...

Nice hotel with breakfast. I liked swimming pool with slide. Better if you have a car because we had problems with booking Uber.

I didn't like smell of paint. It is necessary to ventilate the room well after painting before renting it out.
