The location was awesome... can't ask for anything more convenient. We ate at the restaurant for both evening dinner on the day of arrival... reconnecting with friends as well as for the morning breakfast. Both events were amazing. Well done with this restaurant... our friends who vacation in the area commented they had not been there before and would definitely be returning.

I did find the separate spaces (rooms) for toilet/shower vs vanity awkward. Though it took a little time to get use to isn't the end of world and would not affect my overall enjoyment of this stay.

we both have mobility issues and could park in front of our room. the room is spotless and staff so personable.

the bathroom is tiny. Toilet is very very low without a grab bar. my husband had a lot of difficulty with that. you can’t close the bathroom door once you’re on the toilet. it was very awkward for the average person but especially for anyone with a handicap. the same with the door to our room from outside. The step is too high and too wide making him have to step up on the step, which is a slippery awkward doorframe. extremely awkward for us. it took us 20 minutes to get him in last night and he nearly fell into the room. I would’ve had to call an ambulance to get him up. I’m not exaggerating in any way. truly.

Friendly greeting and farewell from desk staff.. room was neat and clean .very comfortable beds. Loved the yoga mat touch even though I couldn't use it . The young man who waited on us is an exceptional worker , very respectful and obliging .Despite working the busy breakfast shift solo , he worked hard to please all the guests .He is in an asset

Just the rowdy guests in rooms nearby that slammed doors and ran around shouting until 3 am . 😏

The location suited our travel schedule perfectly. And it was in a town with amenities. The onsite restaurant was quite good with very pleasant staff. Rooms were very clean and the little balcony with chairs was a nice touch.

Many channels on the tv were unavailable, but it was a "hunt and peck" method to get something to watch. Not a big deal as tv wasn't the priority when visiting Nfld.

The location could not be better. We have stayed here many times, and every time there are improvements. The decor is constantly being updated and improved. We are always impressed by the varied art displayed in the public areas, and the staff could not be friendlier.

We have never been fond of the “divided bathroom facilities” with the toilet and bathtub/shwoer in a separate room from the sink.

I found the staff over & above very friendly & was there to help despite the fact the Hotel was a beehive of activity! Very different from an hotel I stayed at approx 2 months ago--No comparison!

Would have liked a continental breakfast! Even coffee & a muffin to be available!
