The location was excellent; as noted by others there are only two restaurants nearby, and for the more expensive one you really need to make a reservation. The other one did not have late hours at this time of year, September, so you need to eat before seven or so.

We couldn't get into our room! If you check in after 6 they give you a front door code and a room code. The problem was our room code did not work. No staff to talk to, and emergency numbers left to call were useless because of poor cell coverage. We tried the code for over 1/2 an hour, with the help of a couple in the next room. Fortunately, using his code and the one given to us he figured out the coding system. Otherwise we would have had to sleep in the sitting room. No apology received from the person who gave us the code.

Location: Central to the beautiful little village of Trinity. Bishop White House is a very nice heritage style house. Decent breakfast included. Trinity really only has two restaurants, The Twine Loft and The Dock. Make sure to plan your dinner experience at The Twine Loft as it has two times for serving a three course dinner to all that are present. A very nice dinner & experience. If at all possible, stay away from The Dock. Good service but small portions (which is fortunate given the it was not good).

Coffee-maker in house is some kind of foreign model, a few of us couldn't figure out how to work it. Showers suck; no pressure and hot water is in short supply. Trinity is a beautiful little village, however not much or any view of it from Bishop White House.

Lovely heritage building, most comfortable bed we had (of the 9 different places we stayed), plenty of room, fabulous view every time the fog cleared (!)

The door lock was very tricky, even when we were given a key instead of trying to use the code. The breakfast was a little scant in comparison to other places of a similar rating we stayed in Newfoundland.

The building is a lovely historical inn, nicely restored. Very comfortable room with a nice common area good for relaxing and games if you like. The restaurant food was excellent. wish they were open for dinner too! Nice local craft shop on bottom floor as well.

Given we didn’t travel “light” an elevator would have been nice, but not necessary and would be out of context with the beautiful building.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The facility was very clean. The location is excellent with breakfast included and convenient parking. A gift shop is located within the building. A large lounge is available for visiting. The facility is a charming old building. The dining area has lots of windows with a view. We were there August 1-3 in room 1. It was hot but the ceiling fan and window fan kept the room comfortable. We enjoyed a very entertaining play at the Rising Tide Theatre which is a short walk from the hotel. Unfortunately we had to leave before we could experience The Pageant production. Hopefully we will visit again and plan our dates better. Our Whale Watching Tour with Trinity Eco Tours and Skipper Bob was truly amazing! It was also a short walk from the hotel.

Unfortunately we had a leaking pedestal sink and a toilet that ran continuously unless we removed the tank lid to jiggle the inside part. We informed them and they were contacting their maintenance person. Also, we were told there was a boil water situation. We were told not to drink the room water. However, plenty of water was brought in and placed in the lounge for our use. We encountered guests that were unaware of the situation and had been drinking the tap water. Signage in the rooms would be nice to remind guests.

Historic property with extra space to gather with friends. Nice breakfast in the morning which did have an extra charge for pancakes instead of just a pastry. In town and walking distance to other historic buildings.

Mattress was old and sagging on one side. Shower head needed replacing but bathroom was fine. Restaurant was not open for dinner. We were preseason which was not noted in the write up.

The breakfast was excellent and the service friendly. We loved the location and the town was extra special. We walked to the playhouse for a show, a wonderful restaurant for an excellent meal and the whale watch tour company was a block away (Sea of Whales adventure) which was amazing.

I didn’t like that I had only planned one night when I should have planned to stay a number of days.

Located on the outskirts of a truly charming little town. It has been well restored from the shop it was

Described as bed and breakfast. The breakfast was cold cereal not something warm as I have experienced at most B & B. Also Trinity is a little town accessable via a series of winding roads with few food options that are even remotely close.

The staff at Eriksen Premises were exceptional. They went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. Our deluxe family room was large, with a well stocked bathroom and extra towels in the event they were needed. There were plenty of pillows and we had a great sleep in the king size bed. The family room also has a twin bed. The flat screen TV had a good assortment of channels to kick back with after a day of sight seeing. A large guest lounge with table games, TV, fridge, coffee/tea, and microwave were convenient to all. A sit down hot breakfast was included with waffles, sausages, and assortment of beverages. The location was ideal and we were able to walk to the attractions in this lovely town of Trinity. I would definitely stay here again.

Being a heritage building the walls are thin which is to be expected. Although there is no air conditioning the ceiling and stand up fan along with screened windows would be ample during a hot summer.

Trinity is a lovely little town and the Eriksen properties were close to everything. The breakfast was very good. Parking was easy. The property was lovely and old world

A very aggressive brittle receptionist. Bath was dangerously slippery, there should be a non slip mat. Handle to get in bath was broken. Very thin walls you could hear the next room easily.
