The room was in an old home converted to a hotel. The downstairs living room, dining room and games table was for everyone to enjoy - I believe 4 bedrooms upstairs in the home. Our room was a good size and overlooked the street and the water beyond. Coffee and tea were provided. The breakfast provided at the other hotel was excellent. They were able to accommodate my being celiac.

The breakfast was provided in their other hotel from 8 am on - a short drive on a cold day! There was only one choice provided for the breakfast for free - it was an excellent breakfast sandwich with juice and coffee or tea. Also, the key had to be picked up at the main location and dropped off there too - we left our key with the breakfast staff as check in/out people were not there at 8:45 am. I would call these small inconveniences for some.

We stayed at this property for 2 nights, 3 days apart. When we arrived for our first stay, we were told that the room we booked was very small so they upgraded us to a different room in another one of their buildings. The home was beautiful, and decorated true to it's heritage. The room was spacious. The staff were lovely.

The staff indicated that a new hot water circulation pump was installed very recently. We were advised to run the water for 5-10 minutes to get lasting hot water. Unfortunately, we had considerable difficulty receiving and maintaining hot water long enough for shaving or showering. We stayed in the same room when we returned days later and the hot water situation had not improved.

Lovely B&B in a wonderfully picturesque setting. In our case the home we stayed in was not the one breakfast was served in, but that was no problem--the entire town is easily walkable. The other guests staying at the B&B were friendly and fun to chat with.

No complaints at all from us, but Booking insists I write three sentences. That was my first sentence. This is another sentence and I will keep typing until Booking says I'm done. This is my last sentence. :)

Trinity is small so we were close to everything. The house had an excellent view of the water. The room was comfortable as was the shared area. Coffee and tea was provided in the house and breakfast was in a near by accommodation.

Unfortunately our bedroom window had a crack in it which rattled in the wind, and it was windy all night. There was evidence of some minor renovations and I hope the windows will be addressed in the near future making others stays that much better.

Location in the historic town of Trinity is exceptional, with a spectacular view over harbour and in short walking distance to everything - theatre, museums and restaurants. When the majority of tourists leave at the end of the day, you feel like resident of this historic town. There is no on-site service at this property, but check-in at a nearby property was quick. Parking and access to the house was very easy. The room was comfortable but as a heritage property, space in the room is limited. Not air-conditioned, but there is a window-mounted fan to reinforce the ocean breezes. We were comfortable, even in the unusual heat of late August 2022. There is a nice sitting room in the main floor common area, as well as coffee and tea and fridge available for guests. The breakfast, served in another property about 5 minutes walk away, was well-prepared and served by friendly staff. Although there was only one choice, it varied each day, so we were very satisfied.

The limitations of an older, historic property require that expectations about modern amenities be limited. The bathroom was small, particularly the shower, and lacked storage space for toiletries. The room size meant it was only possible to have one chair. The positives of location and charm compensated for this, however and we were very happy with our stay.

Breakfast wasn't on the premises, but we walked over to the area. Our breakfast menu was not as extensive as other guests, but it was fine. We went there upon arrival to pick up keys, so didn't meet any staff. The premises were clean. parking was good. Nice patio on the back. Beautiful weather.

The main "discomfort" was there were several flies & moths flying around the room. The reason was that the window screen didn't fit properly, and the light attracted the flying bugs. We stuffed paper towels in there to rectify the situation, which did help. Difficult to bring my suitcase up the stairs, but another guest happened by, so I got some much appreciated help with that.

Kelly’s Landing has a very spacious downstairs accessible to all. Room was a bit on the small side but adequate for two. Bed was comfortable. Enjoyed seeing the root cellar outside. Had to go to Eriksen Premises to check in and to have breakfast. Breakfast was continental and we opted for the bagel with egg and bacon as well as coffee and juice to drink. Food was tasty.

Fantastic location with a glorious view over the water from the lounge. Good breakfast. Very friendly staff. Tea/ coffee making facilities and fridge in the communal area were useful

The small room is very small and would have been ery cramped for 2 people, even with only hand luggage. Fortunately we were the only people staying so could spread out in to the lounge area. Shower takes a very long time to heat up but does eventually get hot.

We actually got shifted to their other property which was really good. Dining room for guests to use with coffee machine and microwave. Walked a short distance to restaurant for breakfast which was included and was very nice. Nice quiet little town to walk around.

location was great…enjoyed sitting on front porch with coffee early in the morning looking at beautiful water scenery

small room which we knew…chair in room took space and no place to put suitcase stand…would be better without chair…also bathroom would be nicer if it was decorated to match bedroom and had another shelf and hooks…loved the cozy cute room though..very charming just too much furniture
