That was the most welcome I've ever felt in a guesthouse! The room was very nice and clean, it stayed cool during the hot days and warm during the colder ones, the bed was very soft and comfortable and the washroom was right next to the room. The best part of the stay was the hostess that made me feel very welcomed and cared for. She replied to all my messages within seconds and accommodated all the needs. Thank you so much!

Jenny is a lovely person. She was available almost all the Time so whenever I'd write to her, she'd respond right away. Also she borrowed me snow boots for 20 bucks (for 3 nights) House has all the services and all you need

Only thing you should consider Is not cooking steaks or stuff that makes smoke. It Is not allowed. The reason: It Is Best not to do that cause The Windows are better If they are closed.

Shirley was a very kind and caring hostess. She was always available and had gone above and beyond to help. Location is central and room was warm.

Nothing negative about the guest house or staff. Avoid Beck’s Kennel (dog sleighing) in town if you love animals. All the negative reviews on TripAdvisor are true. The guest house did not sell me this service. I asked them to book a sleigh ride for me. Lesson learned - do your research if you care about the well being of the animals.

Our host was wonderful. She told how best to view the Northern Lights in the city, and many other locations to go and see.

We felt the whole place needed a bit of TLC. Towels for example need to changed they were worn. Taps in our bathroom screeched when they were turned on. Stove was not very clean. TV channels did not provide any sports channels.

The host was very friendly and recommended us restaurants as we asked. Also, she allowed us to keep our baggages in the house after we checked out, waiting for the flight. What’s more, you can make your own coffee and it’s free of charge. The host speaks Chinese as well.

Shirley is the best host you could ever wish for; she is caring, conscientious, and diligent. We also loved the central location (a few minutes walk from Frame Lake, the main street, Barren Grounds Coffee, a grocery store, etc.) and homey atmosphere. A rare find!

The guesthouse was comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. The way the guesthouse was played out made it easy to meet and talk to other guest.

Our booked taxi did not arrive to pick us up to take us to the airport when we left. Our host used her cell phone to book us another one. I really liked the kitchen where we had unlimited access and could mingle with other guests.

Owner is the most kind person in Yellowknife:) I could have good days in the b&b. I want to comeback with my family. Thank you for four days! I recommend you all to stay here🎶

Beyond the cleanliness and the availability of the facilities, Jenny and the home caretaker provided me the best service by booking last minute tours for me.
