Breakfast as fantastic.The best bacon and bread I've ever had. The staff was very friendly and was treated every morning with a smile. If you go for lunch/dinner try the nachos ... the best!. Check in was easy. I arrived early, my room wasn't ready but I received a call when it was. The pool was never crowded and was clean.

I have no complaints.

The lobby was absolutely charming with the Scottish decor. The gentleman at the reception desk greeted my sister and me warmly and provided instructions regarding the bistro and room location. The room was bright and clean and easily accessible.

The location was difficult to find. My gps could not locate it. I decided to drive into the shopping area to go into a store to inquire about the location, when I happened to see the inn to the right. Very relieved as we had been going round and round looking for it.

The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff extremely friendly and helpful. When at breakfast in the morning, our waiter, whose name was Scott (with the red hair and beard) went out of his way to get me some Tums for my heartburn. He was so nice and accomodating to do this little extra thing, It's the little things like this that make a huge difference.

Not enough selection (no cereal)

I didn’t like the reservation system - I booked two rooms but somehow, one was through Expedia and one with someone else - it was confusing and the hotel staff weren’t able to help. I still don’t know the actual amount of the rooms.

Very quiet and clean, family faith friendly . Staff friendly. I loved the memorabilia phones, Orangedale station, Upper Clements Park. Pool was perfect. Situated with access to drug store, pet store, Canadian Tire, restaurant, bakery was a major bonus!

Anne Marie was very helpful and went above and beyond to help me with my boarding passes. Also the breakfast was very good

Breakfast was not included, but the in house restaurant was exceptional. Desk staff were very friendly and accommodating.

I'm a smoker (not in the room of course) so it would be nice to have a small smoking area outside with a seat or bench.

Uncomplicated check in and checkout. Bakery cafe on the premises. Good beds

- some people might not like to be near a mall shopping but it is closed on Sundays

The staff was very helpful and outgoing. Very knowledgeable. The room was very clean, spacious, and well appointed. The beds were soft and we all got a great night's sleep.
