Location in the heart of Ludenberg with the history of the place was superb! Easy walking everwhere. Thanks Kevin for a great stay!

The location is convenient and the inn is quaint. Our room had a kitchenette. The bathroom was the best - large, beautiful and had a great tub/shower. The price is reasonable.
The things we didn't like were the parking and the contactless checkin. The parking anywhere in Lunenburg is not great. The inn had three parking spots and we were fortunate to get one of them. However we had a time parking as there is very little space. I do realize that we were very lucky to have gotten a spot or we would've been lugging our baggage down the street and running back and forth to feed a meter. The contactless check in was frustrating and we never saw anyone connected with the inn -- thus it did not feel at all welcoming.

Very nice location, we could see the Ocean and the Bluenose II ship from our bedroom window. Waterfront restaurants and shops across the street. Quaint and charming! 3 parking spaces at the back of the inn. All rooms were very clean. My father forgot his hearing aids and the cleaning staff was nice enough to call him right away after we left and let him know. Much appreciated!
A mixup with room assignments, but the manager was very quick to respond. Our second floor room was nice although the neighbours had some music playing which was bothersome, but that ended at 11pm. Quiet night.

The views from both floors have a wonderful view of the Lunenburg harbour, and it's so convenient to walk the town from the central location. It was like having my own apartment and I hope to stay here a third time if I ever return to the area.
Some of the doors must stick in some of the rooms, as a few times I heard someone slamming a door closed so forcefully that the whole house shook. This didn't happen the first time I stayed here so it may have been more of an issue with the occupants this time around, but it was quite disruptive.

Harbour view, great friendly staff, nice room, spotlessly clean. Central location, great restaurants and Bluenose 2 all in a few steps away.
Lack of a table and 2 chairs - there is space available and it would have made life even more perfect. 3 parking spaces for 4 rooms adds a little stress; but lots of free parking outside the meter zone if you can walk 10 mins. No breakfast but Savvy sailor over the road is good and we liked No.9 coffee shop both open at 7.30.

The location was fantastic
Not a lot of effort is made for the breakfast. We’ve been lucky to have amazing breakfasts throughout the Maritimes. I indicated I’d like fruit and I received two tiny pieces of watermelon when asked if that was ok I asked if I could have some honeydew, I got the smallest piece of honeydew I could have ever imagined. My husband ordered eggs and bacon and thats what he got two eggs and some ham, tiny and dry, absolutely nothing else on his plate besides some toast already buttered but no jam. Compared to other B & B’s we’ve had the pleasure of staying in this was underwhelming to say the least. I also like to meet up with our hosts so we can ask questions about the area and our trip going forward. No one was around to talk with although the lady who made the breakfast seemed very nice.

Everything about this spot and our room was perfect! We booked last minute and got (what we consider) a great deal. Top floor suite with ocean views. The room is really big, has a kitchenette with fridge and microwave, big closet, plus the bathroom is huge! The walk in shower is gorgeous and the spa tub was a welcome surprise. Breakfast is simple, cooked fresh and a great way to start the morning. Will absolutely come back to spend more time in this place.
Since it sits right on a main road, the traffic seemed pretty loud early in the morning with a couple cars honking their horns. For people who get up early this won't be an issue but for us sleep-in-ers, it woke us up earlier than we planned. A small trade off for such a beautiful room and great location

Location, room size, decor, bathroom, kitchenette were all excellent.
The details on Booking.com said that there is parking on site (important to us due to mobility issues) but we were only advised the day before arrival that there are 3 spaces for 4 rooms on a 1st come first serve basis. This ended up not being a problem but should be made clear in the details. No one available and no response to our message. May not be an issue to most, so stay here in Lunenburg.

The room was a great size, bright and airy and had a great view! We had room 1 on the main floor. Lots of room to store our things, and it was nice to have the little kitchenette, too. Huge bathroom with a great rainfall shower and amazing Jacuzzi tub big enough for two. Breakfast menu was limited due to the off season but was still made to order at a time of our choosing and it was delicious. The owner, Kevin, was super accommodating and friendly. The inn couldn't belre well located, great food options just across the street and an easy walk one street down to the harbour. Lots of great little shops all within walking distance. Would definitely stay again!
No complaints!

Such a lovely historic house. The perfect location, right in the centre of Lunenburg, old town & the shops! Very spacious rooms, beautifully redone, with modern furniture, a spacious bathroom & a great kitchette. Nice big breakfast downstairs. Could have stayed a third day, as there is so many things to do in this area.
We didn't get a parking space the first night, so we were 2 blocks away on the street. But that was okay. Unfortuantely, I got very sick in the middle of the second night. I messaged the off site manager for help, but never got a response back. Breakfast staff member was helpful, when she arrived at 8am.
