The staff was helpful and friendly, the breakfast was good! It’s located in a central location but off of a quieter street, the hotel itself as well as the staff and the amenities were wonderful!

The only problem i had during my stay was my room, I didn’t like how many stains were in our room, it almost looked like blood had been splattered.. there were stains in browny/red colour on the lamp shades and the curtains, we only used 1 towel and 1 clothe, but the one face clothe had similar looking stains on it. there was also a footprint and a half by the washroom and it looks like it was out there by stepping in bleach first. I didn’t complain or ask to switch since we were only there for 1 night passing through, however it’s slightly unsettling to know whatever caused the stains is still there and not worth being switched out.

Breakfast was ok but nothing special. Hotel is a bit out dated.

It was quiet. It was what I expected. Great location. A walk away from everything. We got to check in a bit early which was nice. Breakfast was the same as continental breakfast anywhere.

The bed was uncomfortable and the key card kept failing. We had to keep resetting it.

Clean' bright big rooms. The cleaning lady on second floor was amazing

The toilet clogged a lot even just after a pee. I had to do it my self Some of th4 front desk agents were rude and started talking and laughing with another colleague in their language, so I couldn't understand I felt like I was in high school being bullied again. I don't think I will go back

The room was spacious and clean. the beds were really comfortable. the breakfast was hot when it was supposed to be and a good variety of items to choose from. every thing was nice and clean

we asked to be accommodated for early check in because we had a time schedule to keep, we did not get in early at all. we had to leave and come back. the girl at the reception was very abrupt when speaking to us about the situation. if we had more time we would have stayed somewhere else because she was loud and spoke over my husband.

Liked that it was clean....the room smelled clean sometimes rooms can have a ordor to them this one was good...it was big enough for myself my husbund and our todler....we loved that it had bunkbeds as well as a queen bed....never stayed in a motel with bunkbeds before wish more hotels offered this option.....it was a great hotel good location....will definatley be back again sometime....u just wish thi the room more affordable like they used to be seems like since pandemic everything has gone up. The price was a bit high for one nigt stay.... super 8 in north bay cost 200 for 2 nights stay one one night stay in barrie cost 222......at the super 8... Staff were freindly...it was a busy place lot guests had their dogs with them....great hotel overall...

Pillows were not very good...and the fridge was was not cold i had to pull it out and turn it up a bit more... I thought price was little high for a one night stay.....

Good variety of food for all patrons. The location is convenient with good access to shopping as well as restaurants.

Can not think of how you could improve upon at this stage. Will probably be in Barrie more times this year and if the price continues to be right I will definitely stay with you

My husband and I have returned to this hotel often for the king suite room with the jacuzzi tub. The location of the hotel is superb. The room is huuuge. And the jacuzzi is awesome and placed perfectly so you can sit in the jacuzzi and watch tv.

The furniture definitely needs upgrading. The fireplace rattles very loudly so it's almost annoying to have it turned on. The bed is like a slab of granite, it's so hard. Occasionally I'll step on a part of the carpet and find it to be sticky as though it hasn't been cleaned for a long time.

Staff friendly, clean room, the heater was on when we entered, breakfast was stocked. The reviews were very poor but we took a chance and was not disappointed. Everything in room worked.

Pool was closed, no discount for this, freezing cold air coming through the hallway all through upper floor. Very cold. Room TV poor visually but we weren't in the room much.

Close to a lot of restaurant and store. Lot of life around. Price unbeatable aroud this Arear. The free breakfast was good.

Mastress are really stiff. No pool avalable. There was a bad smell in our room. Old carpet in the room. Old bath with ruff finishing.
