The pool was so nice! The room was cheaper but still really nice and clean. I needed a night away with my 2 boys and we ended up with a room off the court yard which is huge with a playground right out the sliding door! 10/10 recommend we will definitely be coming back

There was a hockey tournament in town and the place was crawling with loud but polite hockey boys and their drunk parents. It made the experience a little unenjoyable as the kids where way to out of control, my 4 year old ended up getting a ball to the back in the pool because the kids where whipping it across the pool at each other and we got in the crossfire when one of the boy was a little off his shot. The kids were playing ball hockey in the halls until after midnight and when addressing the parents was told to relax they are just being kids… we really didn’t get much sleep.

Enjoyed the breakfast buffet - good selection. My sister, niece and myself really enjoyed our dinner in the restaurant. The food was excellent as was the service and prices very reasonable. Hotel is well located - easy access to the highway.

The room slept three- 2 beds and l pullout couch. The beds were superb but the mattress on the pullout had seen better days and was really uncomfortable. One of us had a terrible night's sleep. A twin size bed with a decent mattress would have been better for a room advertised as sleeping three.

The breakfast was plentiful, they had everything you could ask for! Hot and cold options, cereals, breads, fruits, eggs, meats, beans, home fries, pancakes etc. The staff at the hotel are courteous and helpful. I asked for a late checkout which was granted at no extra charge. The front desk printed a eulogy at my request. My room was quiet as requested. Location is fantastic and central to Brantford.

Restaurant staff were absolutely amazing. Front desk staff was awesome. Due to time change the keys were really funky for times for pool. But desk was extremely helpful by letting us in.

Housekeeping, forgot or just didn't feel like doing our room. We just wanted fresh towels but we're skipped. Heard by staff they were short staffed in Housekeeping and it definitely showed in areas. The patio door was half broke. Barely opened. Overall maintenance in areas definitely needs addressed.

I can not say enough words on how much I enjoyed my stay. I have made several visits to Brantford and finally I have found a hotel that was great. the check in clerk was very kind the atmosphere was warm and inviting. My room was very clean and comfortable to sleep in. convenient location close to the highway. The shower was nice and hot with strong pressure water just how I like it! I loved the pillows on my bed they were very comfortable There is a mall nearby for some fun shopping. Breakfast staff was kind. the on site restaurant is really nice. I will stay here every time I visit Brantford.

The rooms could use some usb ports for charging Maybe some more vegan options for the restaurant would be nice, I would have ate all my meals on site if so.

The layout is well done and the parking in the back near our room was good. We couldn’t hear other guests in their rooms. It was really quiet. The beds were very comfortable and location is perfect. Close to the highway and in the centre of all the restaurants and shopping.

Can’t think of anything we didn’t like.

We were in Brantford for an early morning appointment and the location of this hotel was perfect! Breakfast was very good with lots of variety. The room was clean, big, and comfortable!

The room was a long way from the elevator which we wanted to avoid carrying our bags up the stairs. We parked closer to the C entrance and walked up after we were settled!

The staff, the room upgrade was amazing .. And the restaurant food was very good. Best Club sandwich I’ve had in a long time. And having older children it was great staying in a quiet zone during a hockey tournament with kids running around the hotel.

Clean, private, and exactly what I was expecting. The breakfast was good, the staff were friendly.

The third night I was there some kids were running up and down the hallway shrieking. I didn't know who to go to or what my options were as far as complaining. But this was not a reflection on the hotel as far as I'm concerned.

we loved the pool, hot tub and hot breakfast every morning. it was also close to the Highway as we were working in Paris and it was easy to get there.

the bed was not made professionally, our room coffee curdled with the packet creamer and the room we stayed in did not lock upon closure. we woke up one morning with the door not locked and we came home from work one day facing the similar situation after house keeping had been in earlier on that day.
