Location was great as it was near the Burlington Go Station and access of the 403 / QEW made it easy to find. Lots of restaurants near by. There is a pool with a hot tub available.

The shower in room was ok, no place to put soap or shampoo while showering???? Difficult for myself that is dealing with movement issues and juggle a bottle, bar of soap and a washcloth at same time while trying to use grab bar for stability. This had to be the 1st place I've ever stayed getting a knock on the door before checkout time with a Do Not Disturb sign as well as a call from the desk. Checkout is at 11, knock was around 9:30? Call was 10:50. Felt very rushed!!!

The hotel is nice, has a fitness centre and an indoor swimming pool. The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The receptionists were friendly, especially Katia who was so helpful and accommodating. The breakfast is tasty. Besides the air conditioner noise, it was very quiet at the hotel at night. We liked the location very much since the restaurants, shops, and a park were at a walkable distance for us. It takes one hour to go to the Lakeshore on foot if you don't mind long walks through the city. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

The noisy air conditioner which made it difficult to sleep. Not enough places to sit for everyone in the breakfast room since the hotel was very crowded. And not enough baked goods for everyone during the breakfast.

The room was comfortable. It was spacious and I appreciated the refrigerator and coffee machine. Breakfast was also provided, and it was standard, what one would expect.

There wasn't enough staff on duty. There was an issue with a large group of children that were running around the halls, banging on doors and screaming and no one on duty to deal with the situation. There was only one young woman at the front desk in the evening and I felt bad for her because she tried her best to contain the situation but the parents of the children felt that children should be free to run around screaming in the hotel hallway.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was ample. The pool was enjoyable. And the location was surprisingly convenient, even for someone with no car. The hotel is only a 10-15 minute walk to Burlington Centre, several restaurants, and a major bus route (and is walking distance to the Burlington GO Train station, north exit, if you're a walker).

Time to be a little more environmental they should be recycling the pop bottles and the aluminum cans that are left in the rooms they don't do this yet they could easily segregate this when the housekeeping staff come to clean the room. And it intermittently they could be taking these two recycling depot. Also the small bottles of shampoo and conditioner create a lot of plastic waste. I was just in a Holiday Inn and they have wall mount dispensers with the shampoo conditioner and lotion in them this is more economical for the hotel and it produces less plastic waste. Use compostable Cutlery and plates and glasses in the kitchen breakfast. Great breakfast by the way

The pillows are very comfy, the hot breakfast is nice, is good and tasty, eggs, sausages or bacon, potatoes, bread, pancakes, cereals and fresh fruit, of course juice and coffee too. The inside pool is nice, and is open until 10. The Jacuzzi is a little too hot but it's ok, both of them are a great option to end your day and relax your body. The staff is super nice and attentive. The clean service is only by request and you need to ask for it the day before. I'm a light sleeper and overall it is a quiet place. If you are planning to spend some days in Toronto, this is a great option! The distance is fair and the price/quality is great. Totally recommended! I'll be there again for sure!

The light in my room wasn't the best, and the Air conditioning could be noisy if you are a light sleeper like me, especially because it is next to the bed ,and it is not constant, it turns on and off intermittently to maintain heat. the ventilation in the room is not the best, a lot of humidity after the day.

Breakfast was good. However, I could smell the food from my room, which was next to the dining area and across from the kitchen.

We booked in April and asked for a quiet room. However, we were on the first floor and it was noisy. We attended our son’s wedding so we had 5 rooms. We all paid different prices and our son and his wife’s room was the most expensive. We had asked in April for a block of rooms, but best western did not make an effort to accommodate us. Other family members who came from out of town had to book at a different hotel. I have an account and informed your receptionist, but she did not even consider to accommodate, so not even any points towards my account.

We had a king suite and the bed was comfortable; the room was large enough that we weren’t stepping on each other when moving. I only had the breakfast one day, and my hubby just brought me an assortment of items so I don’t know the full scale of options but what I did have was good.

The couch was not a comfortable piece of furniture to sit on. We both ended up being sick while there so spent all of our time in the room and a comfy couch would have been amazing.

We come here often and feel at home. Parking lot is good and no extra charge. Hotel rooms are clean and comfortable. Pool area is nice and well kept up. Friendly staff. The free breakfast is a bonus - it's nothing spectacular but it gets the family started on their day. Oh - this may be a small thing - but their vending machine is really reasonably priced, which is awesome when you are travelling with teenagers. I didn't feel gouged sending them down there for a bag of chips!

There were multiple problems with keys. They would work once and then stop working. Other hotel guests had the same issue. Basically every time we returned to our room we had to get a new key. Hopefully they will sort this out.

Everything was perfect. Easy check in, breakfast buffet served every morning included with your room, clean rooms, great pool and hot tub. And the whirlpool tub in our room was a great touch. And great location right beside the highway and a few restaurants. We checked out and were headed home and they called to tell us we left a bag with our laptop in the room, so we headed back to get it. Great customer service. Would definitely stay there again.
