There was a lot for us all to do, the kids loved to water park, the laser tag, and the magic area. My kids swam every day for at least a few hours and then they would run around the lobby doing the magic game for hours as well. By the time their heads hit the pillows it was lights out every night. I'm not sure my kids have ever slept that well in their lives. My kids didn't want to leave!! All of the staff were very friendly and helpful! We would love to go back and stay again!

The buffet food was not great, and the lines were very long, but the hotel was busy, so it's to be expected. WiFi was also weak in the rooms and around the lobby. It was strongest on the second floor by the elevators and in the water park. The other thing that didn't really sit well with me is that our room was not cleaned or restocked with anything for our entire stay. If we needed more soap, toilet paper, or anything else we had to call the front desk for more and they sent someone up with it, but that also meant our floor wasn't vacuumed and our shower/bathroom wasn't cleaned, so that's not nice while on vacation. Especially when paying as much as you do for these rooms.

The resort was so much fun for the family. The pools and slides were great. Food was very good much better than expected.

As an Grandma sleeping on the cot because the grandsons wanted to sleep with me in their room a double bed would better lol Also when I booked through bookings.com I thought I was booking directly with the hotel. I would prefer to book direct. It was not easy to find how to book direct. Funny thing when I called booking said I could only get the meal plan if I book it ahead. This was not true so I am put off with them.

Waterpark was great - clean, staff was organized and helpful, towels and life jackets available, nice and warm. Waterslides for both young and old were fun. Rooms were comfortable and clean. We purchased the meal plan for one day and all 9 of us were extremely happy with the variety, quality and staff were friendly and helpful. Absolutely delicious breakfast and dinner buffet - something for everyone. Paw passes for the toddlers were well worth the additional cost and the kids loved it. Have to mention that the staff went above and beyond on several occasions - made our stay even more enjoyable. We were 6 adults and 3 toddlers and all loved our stay!

Although we loved our stay the cost was high.

This place is phenomenal. The food with the meal plan is fantastic. The paw passes give good value if you are getting add ons for the kids. The cleanliness is bar none, the cleaning staff are friendly and able to help with answering questions. The kitchen, hosting, and ambassador staff are patient, friendly and keen to help. And last but definitely not least, the life guard and slide operators are professional, courteous yet stern and leave you feeling that your family is in great hands.

1 night with paw pass 1 day meal plan and a few add-ons was north (by a hundred or two) of 1000 dollars cdn. We are a single income family and trips like this are saved for, for months, in addition to being booked and financed (just the beds) 1 year in advance. After 2 years of going, we are questioning the value. (Though likely booking 1 more time... A multi night deal would be an amazing incentive to rebook ASAP. I cannot say a negative thing about this place, other than the moths it left in my wallet...lol

This was our first visit to the Great Wolf Lodge and it was amazing. Staff is very friendly and helpful, so much activities and entertainment, you won't get bored and there's always something fun to do. Kids loved it and now they want to go there every year for vacation.

For dinner we decided to try buffet. In the middle of the meal, most of our stomachs started hurting. Veggies smelt sour not fresh, mixed fruit was watery soggy and smelled like getting bad, and apples and other products were extremely waxy. My daughter picked up spoon for desert and it was dirty and smelled awful and in result of that, she lost her appetite and stopped eating. The only thing that was nice there is the desert. We rushed to leave as my husband and I got stomachaches and I had to go back to the room because I was nauseous and had to take some pepto bismo, water, and Gatorade and waited till the symptoms calmed down that we could continue enjoy rest of the trip. The buffet was not worth the money. The rest of the food places we had however were nice and reasonable prices.

I liked the amount of availabile activities. However, it became overwhelming, especially in the morning, on the main lobby, where I only wanted to grab a coffee to wake up (from a night that I could not sleep well) and at 8 AM someone was already screaming on a microphone. It was too much for me.

As explained on the first question: the noisy lobby early in the morning, with someone screaming loud. Another issue we had was with kid running late at night and punching something in the bedroom besides mine and, even after I have contacted the reception and my husband had to go 3 times there asking for someone to talk to them, nothing was done. That was really disappointing for my whole family, since we went to celebrate my kids birthday, have some fun, but also to rest.

Very nice hotel with Aqua Park on premises. Have many activities on site. Clean. Multiple food options. Spacious rooms. Free parking. Nice impression overall. Everything is well organised and working fone.

The hotel is located far from the waterfall itself. Keep in mind that you'd have to drive and pay for parking in the center (15-35 USD) to see waterfall of fireworks. If you room is at the end of the hall you'd have to walk several minutes to the park or restaurants. It is a hotel for families with kids, at the afternoon the common places become crowded, noizy with kids activities.

Waterpark was good. (Although I did think fallsview was better. But that was a few years ago) my 5 year old was able to ride on almost everything with me. Most of the staff were super nice. And helpful! Prices for food inside were good. Using wristband for room key, payments was super convenient. Texting for questions on things like icemaker location, details, other requests was easy and they were very responsive. Lot's of games and events for children. Kid cabin suite was large and well laid out.

Price was a little much for what you get. Fitness center left something to be desired.

Everything. Great location to all the tourist destinations. Place was very clean including the rooms. Staff was excellent.

Wished the water park and outside pool stayed open a little longer in the evening so after a long day seeing the sites we could come back and enjoy it.

We truly love Great Wolf!! The kids had such a blast playing MagiQuest and running around to all the other attractions. The Paw Pass was a great way for them to be independent and collect their items at each station. The staff were great! The facilities were clean and organized. Great experience

My only complaint is that it was too difficult to extend our stay. We had requested to stay one more night in advance but because we booked with booking.com it was a delayed response and the rate we were given was not really appreciated. We would've loved to stay and found it frustrating that it was so hard to extend our stay. It was unfortunate!
