I got a call from the Roger’s Motel staff a few hours before our arrival to advise us that they were not advised by Booking.com of our reservation for that night. They told us that they had called different motels in the area, and had found a vacancy in another motel and asked the manager to hold a room for us until they could speak to us. We agreed to the change. The room at the other motel was excellent at a very reasonable price. I would like to thank the staff member of the Roger’s motel for their kindness in finding us a place to stay that night.

The property is clean and well-kept. It is a little dated, but comfortable and a restful place to stay. The owner is very accommodating. We will not hesitate to stay here again.

The toilet seemed small and probably should be replaced. Smoking is allowed just outside of the room door which means that one will sometimes encounter smoke when leaving or returning to the room.

Great location in Smith Falls. Lots of space for my service dog to run. It was like living in the country. Owners are very responsive and polite. Premises well maintained and comfortable. I love not having to worry about elevators and huge reception areas. I just parked my vehicle and walked into my room..

the motel was easy to find and was accessible to many restaurants and shopping! it was dated but the owners have done a good job at updating the property! it was very inexpensive but an 8 star for me

it was a little noisy during the night outside but otherwise I felt safe in my room. it could have used a nightlight in the bathroom. Otherwise nothing to complain about

Are situation was intense they did amazing job. Friendly clean all about there the guest. Really enjoy it. Makes u feel like a home away from home.

There nothing I would change maybe a bar in the bathroom they extended are stay and all about their quest amazing place

THe room is very nice and spacious. The curtains really block the light during the morning. . Nice to be close to everything.

The water pressure is not fixed and is very low and poor. The button for shower is not working right as water splashes.Cant pull it out right. This needs to be fixed. WE love your little motel but the water situation needs a fix.

The room is nice and spacious. Bed is very comfortable. Best price around, for a large king size room. Quiet area, far from the road. Close to everything. Curtains really darken the room , nice. Nice that you are renovating the place. The new siding will look nice.

The only downfall we had , was the water pressure was very , very low. The water was basically dripping at times.

Great place to stay on my work trip. The couple who run the motel are very accommodating, and gave me a kettle and extra blanket when asked. The room was nicely renovated, the heater worked well, and was quiet; also the walls had soundproofing so the room was quiet. The location felt safe, and was close to eat-in and take-out restaurants, as well as a grocery store, Walmart, etc. Will definitely be back!

The room was very nice. The staff where excellent. The experience was very good. Would recommend to others.

There was a discrepancy in the price point fot a dog. Website said 10. At check in was told 15.

The motel was excellent! Right away checking in, the staff member was very helpful and friendly. Once we got to the room, the room was very clean and well cared for. You can tell that someone has put a lot work into making it a great spot. Each room even had an AC unit in it!

There wasn't anything we disliked :)
