The suite was delightful and well-appointed with Smart TV, air conditioning, USB charging points.. The kitchen was new and immaculate. Host was very friendly and responsive. Our flight was delayed, so we arrived far beyond the typical check-in time, but there was absolutely no problem. Gorgeous renovation of an old house into modern apartments with a period feel. Quiet street not far from downtown Stratford. Parking provided. Our unit had a little enclosed yard with a seating area. Would definitely stay here again when seeing theatre in Stratford.

The placement of the furniture was a little awkward due to the enormous door between the kitchen and the bedroom: to accommodate the swing radius, the bed could only have a bedside table on one side. This meant also that only one side had a bedside lamp. I ended up stomping on my glasses in the middle of the night because the only place to put them was on the floor, and there was no light to enable me to see where I was stepping! Suggestion might be to mount some lights above the bed on the wall and place even a small bedside table or even wall-mounted shelf on the side that currently has nothing.

The owners, who did not seem to live on the premises, were most helpful in promptly and clearly answering our questions when we were making the decision about our accommodation. The accommodations are in a nicely renovated building from the 1800's. The location is great: we could walk to theatres, restaurants and shopping, but there is also ample room for parking beside the house. Our rooms (we booked a room here for our friends as well) were supplied with a kitchenette, and the refrigerators contained a complimentary bottle of wine which we enjoyed until the wee hours, post theatre, chatting on a second floor balcony which was supplied with table and chairs. We will definitely plan to stay here again.

We appreciated Martin greeting us in the parking lot when we arrived and carrying my bag for me. He explained everything in the room, and we were pleased to see 4 bottles of water in the fridge for our use, as well as milk for tea if we wanted to make some. There is even a microwave, which is not the usual, and extra pillows in drawers at the end of the comfy bed. The windows open for fresh air, and it is a pleasant 20 minute walk to the Festival Theatre and the centre of the action.

Nothing - everything was to our liking. For those who do not like to walk to the theatre, they may find the location a bit far out. But we love to walk.

Just a fabulous place to stay. The host was exceptionally gracious accepting a very last minute reservation (under a hour). He even carried our luggage for us! The rooms were very well-appointed. We were in the suite with a fully equipped kitchen and a small table & chairs.The bedroom area was spacious and our bed was quite comfortable with beautiful linens included. Great bathroom with the usual soaps and lotions. The suite was impeccably clean and welcoming. We were greeted with fruit, granola bars, bottled water, milk for coffee and a bottle of wine, all of which were totally unexpected. Our suite contained a spacious and beautiful outdoor courtyard perfect for an afternoon or evening drink. We cannot recommend the Evanndor highly enough. We left accommodations in Stratford which were highly unsatisfactory and found the Evanndor. It was the perfect green oasis for which we were searching. ☺️

Nothing. Everything related to our stay was 10/10.

The apartment is luxurious, comfortable and a perfect spot for a stay in Stratford. A fully equipped kitchen is a bonus for a longer stay. The attached patio is perfect for breakfast or a late night glass of wine. Bonus features -free bottles of water and a complementary bottle of wine in the fridge. AND a small container of milk - perfect for the first coffee before you've had a chance to get some groceries. And apples and granola bars and bananas. The bathroom has lots of towels and toiletries.Martin greeted me, reminded me of all the features and was there if I needed anything at all. Oh -- and convenient off street parking!! It's wonderful to be spoiled. My home away from home while I'm in Stratford!!

It's simply perfect!

We stayed in the Courtyard suite and enjoyed a beautiful private oasis outside during some perfect weather. The room(s) was recently updated, everything was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Plenty of space and a full kitchen. Parking was just outside the door. Nights were quiet and allowed for open windows. A bit of a walk to downtown and the Festival Theater but doable

Only issue was a hot water shortage one morning which was explained by the proprietor and should not reoccur.

This place exceeded our expectations! The suite was comfortable and the hosts thought of everything to make the room comfy and inviting. Martin met us when we arrived and helped bring our luggage up to our room, gave us a quick tour of the building/our suite and even recommended some great places to eat which turned out to be fantastic. Although we had our car, we were able to walk everywhere we needed and wanted to go. Overall I highly recommended Evanndor, and we would definitely stay there again when we visit Stratford.

Nothing, everything was amazing!!

This is our second stay, this year on the main floor and last year upstairs. Both rooms were very well appointed, clean, and the concierge both times were attentive and helpful. The location is not right down town but an easy walk. Stratford is a lovely place to visit, and walking the residential areas was very pleasant, with many lovely gardens. Of course, we came to see plays/musicals, and they are excellent.

Well, the bed height was a little high for a shortie like me!! I had trouble with the smart TV getting youtube, as it said wifi not connected, but it was ok for my ipad. The concierge would have come fix it, but we weren't in long enough, so that was the only problem, and very minor.

The room is spotlessly clean, the bed exceptionally comfortable, the bedding was designer quality and uniquely textured, the walk-in shower was spacious. The bed in our room was comfortable but high; normally I would consider this luxurious, but given my recent back problems this presented a challenge - which Martin kindly solved by providing a stepstool. The complimentary wine and chocolate was a delightful surprise. Keypads made access so much easier than fumbling with a key card. Martin, so friendly!, was there to greet us when we arrived, he responded promptly to requests through messaging here on the app during our stay, and was helpful in providing restaurant recommendations. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Evanndor and will definitely stay there again on future trips to Stratford. The location was walkable to all theatres and restaurants.

The property is beautiful! So comfortable and the location is perfect for a downtown Stratford visit. Everything you need is within walking distance. The owners are so lovely and made sure my entire group was taken care of and had everything we needed for the weekend. The outdoor courtyard was ideal for gathering and a beautiful spot for a photo op! Evanndor is an exceptional place to stay.
