We love the location, in the middle of everything but still quiet as we had view on the pool and ski slopes. Easy access to the underground parking and then to the suite that was perfect for our needs. We are considering going back for a ski vacation.
We had a problem with our free wifi, and at check our the employee was rude and at first would not reimburse us the amount paid via Visa as we should not have had to pay for it. That can happen, but I think that when a glitch is the fault for the system the employee should at least try to understand and not try to educate a former IT specialist.

We were upgraded to a larger room which was very substantial in size. 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, fully loaded kitchen. Room was amazing, and exceeded expectations. Comfortable beds and bedding. Location was fine. Conveniently located near the village and the hills. However, we were here for an event at the conference centre and it was a bit far to walk from the hotel.
They only have two ev charging stations and they are both located in overflow parking. Had to move my car in the morning over to the overflow parking to charge for the day. It is a very slow charger as well and one machine was not working.

Spacious suite. Well equipped kitchen. Nicely furnished. Bed was very comfortable. Great location. Beautiful scenery close by. Multiple restaurants and bars in the village complex.
The complimentary (i.e. free) internet was so weak, I was not even able to use it to download the Blue Mountain app. The free overnight parking was roughly a block away from the village complex. That would have bothered me less if the property was easier and safer to navigate on foot (very few dedicated walkways outside of the village complex).

Underground parking. Two washrooms. Locked cabinet. Large space. Balcony/Terrace. View of the mountain. Two TV's. Large dining table. Towels & toiletries. Pots & pans. Kitchen soaps and basic items. Location and close proximity to the shops is the main reason we stayed in the village
Dirty oven though it was rectified by a thorough and prompt cleaning after we complained, its something that no guest should see. Its a guessing game every time, you have no idea of the room assignment until you get there. We would have wanted the split bed but we were not given a choice. The constructions around, we didnt get to lounge around the lake especially that there is nothing else to see, most activities are not yet open and there were no shows to watch, even the pools are closed including plunge.

The room was super knit and clean. Location is definitely great in the heart of blue mountain village market and pool view from the room was quite extraordinary. Bed and mattress was fairly comfortable although bed was little bit too high for shorter person (I am near 6 feet so it worked for me). Staff was highly courteous, professional and quick to respond. Housekeeping was done very well in a timely manner. Loved the shower - super relaxing. Ton of space in the apartment and it felt like my own apartment for the time being. Access to parking was super convenient via elevator which made easier to move our luggage (we had 3 big suitcases) and other carry bags.
Most of the things were great except often times I felt that people were knocking at the door which was slightly annoying whereas they were actually passing by the room in the lobby (somewhat disturbing). One of the elevator wasn't working most of the time in the hotel and due to vacation period, summer holidays and weekend time - it was fairly busy so waiting time was longer than usual.

The suite was very spacious, clean, and modern. The curtains are very thick and cut off any daylight. The location is fantastic as it is in the heart of all the activities, the mountains and restaurants. The bed is on the higher side, long, and very comfy. The icing on the cake was the fireplace in the hall! Also a warning- the area has a lot of traffic patrolling so please be very mindful of the speed limits. I got my 1st speeding ticket in Canada in 3 years:-( I was driving a US car whose speedometer was showing the speed in 'miles per hour' (it was displaying 'kilometers per hour' too, but the mph readings were larger and more obvious) and I realized this only after I was fined:-(
The old lady at the main concierge could have been a little more polite, and warm with us. The above-ground free parking is an 8-10 minute walk away. So keep that in mind if you are carrying a lot of baggage. The pillows are on the taller side too. I had a stiff neck in the morning:-( A small bottle of cooking oil or butter would make the kitchen perfect.

We stayed there for three nights and my whole family really enjoyed the time spent there. The room was a very comfortable and clean one. The cleanliness was super. The pool and hot tub were clean and nice as well. It wasn’t crowded. It was our first time in the resort but from now on we will be visiting Blue Mountain Resort at least once or twice a year. It’s worth staying there for at least seven days because there are two many things, activities to try. The only thing we were not very satisfied the restaurants are a little bit too expensive even though they serve nice food. Thank you for everything!

My husband and I booked the Weider Lodge for our 11 years anniversary, originally we booked a studio but they upgraded us to a one bedroom, and placed an anniversary card and chocolate on our table, plus we got two nights free parking, and extended two hours check out time, and to top it off the place was clean and comfortable. We must say a big thank you to all who were involved, we enjoyed every moment of our stay.
The WiFi was not working properly but I believe it was the location

I liked location (proximity to village activities), the room layout, bed was comfortable, nice deep tub should you want to take a bath and soak. Staff was friendly and provided great service at check in. Explained the area well.
Not sure if this was due to construction in the other building but there was a layer of dust on surfaces (especially bedside tables) it was thick enough to leave a clear line and dust on my finger. Couldn't figure out how to turn on the fireplace, no remote or clear switch indicated. This did not deter us from enjoying our stay, I did not report to staff as this was not a deal breaker for me and my partner.

Location was excellent right at the centre of celebrations. It was very walkable as needed for our family. Rooms were spacious and had a beautiful balcony to watch outdoor.
My wife had difficulty getting on to the bed being too high for her height and mobility issues. Same with my daughter. They had to sleep on the sofa and chairs from time to time which was not very comfortable. I requested the front desk to lower the bed height by removing the spring box and they said it was not possible. They tried to get a step stool but couldn’t provide.
