Breakfast was great, comfy clean sleek rooms

The hotel was modern, clean and well set up. Our room was large and had great amenities. The bathroom was big and the shower was great. I appreciated all the lotions, soap and shampoo. The breakfast area was well kept and big enough for several people. The guys working in the breakfast area were friendly and attentive. It was also very affordable (compared hotels closer to the airport) and it was an 11 mins drive to the airport.

The only thing we would have like to change is having a fan in the bathroom and our breakfast was actually cold. It was in heated containers, but it wasn't put in there hot.

Good knowledgeable Front Desk,, Friendly, Easy to communicate with floor staff cleaners. Very cool comfortable rooms, cozy beds. Plenty of outlets for charging or laptops. Friendly kitchen staff would great you with a morning smile

Lack of better choice breakfast, American Breakfast repeats , Hot Bar, Omletes sausage links pork and turkey, Bacon over over for a long stay it gets stail.

Very clean and crisp looking lobby and breakfast area! Super friendly staff! Dove products in the bathroom! Also loved the shower IN the pool area. The continental breakfast has a great variety of choices!!!

The hot tub had some kind of yellow bubbles floating on the side and had a visible yellow ring of slime around the inner edge of the tub. Also, the juice machine in the breakfast bar is confusing to use, with the sensors at the bottom.

Was pleasantly surprised by how updated the hotel was! The room had a contemporary design, a comfy bed with both soft and firm pillows (you can choose the one that works best for you), plus a clean and modern bathroom. I also appreciated how a little recycling bin was provided in the room, in addition to the standard trash bins. If I ever have to go to Vaughan again, I won't hesitate to stay here!

The fact that there was only one of those luggage carrier wheel things to the room. We had to carry everything down to the car multiple trips. The room we were in there was an armoire/closet sticking out in the center of the room, meaning only one of the beds could see the tv, as you can see from the picture my boys had to sit on a chair and stool at the foot of our bed to watch a family movie

The complimentary breakfast was awesome. Pool open to 11pm. Great location. Staff very friendly

All the hidden charges. First it was a 50 charge that I thought was the pet fee but turns out it wasn't as I wasn't told what it was for. We then received a bill under our door for 169.00 for pet fee. There were also hairs in the shower.

The breakfast was my favourite hotel breakfast to date (omlettes, cinnamon buns and pancakes)! My kids loved the pool and we were walking distance from McDonalds, Subways and Swiss Chalet - very convenient when travelling with picky eaters. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

The pool area could have been a bit cleaner. We often had to ask for more towels. However, it was a very busy weekend and everywhere is short-staffed post-covid so maybe we were there on an off time.

Well as most hotels walls are paper thin and being woken up by loud shouting in the morning isn’t always fun but it was a weekend lots of young families but never the less wish I would have worn my noise cancelling headphones other than that it was a great stay.
