The rooms have been updated and were very nice with comfy beds. The public areas are still in process, so do not be put off by the outside appearance. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and kind. The breakfast staff members were amazing! They were all helpful, kind, professional, and willing to accommodate a dietary request each day. The breakfast buffet had several appealing choices, but they were the same each day. Just a short drive to any shopping you may need.

A fan in the bathroom would be helpful to eliminate shower steam. Yogurt with granola. I had to make a special request for yogurt without granola added. Please leave some yogurt plain.

The free breakfast was superb! One of the best I've had offered by a hotel with a spread of Eggs Benedict, French Toast, Bacon and Sauage, Fruit and Yogurt and more! The pool and sauna were lovely to relax in after a long day of driving for us. Lastly when something was wrong in our hotel room, AC didn't work, the staff accommodated us without issue and moved us to another room. The beds were so comfy! Best sleep I've had in months. Very friendly and helpful staff in a very convenient location! Would highly recommend!

N/A everything was wonderful!

Great location, right on the water. Excellent parking, staff were friendly and most were helpful. The room was clean and pretty, nicely decorated and the beds were very comfortable. I’d stay here again!

The continental breakfast left something to be desired. The eggs Benedict were over cooked and the pancakes were hard. But the server was super sweet and the coffee was quite good! We had also missed your connecting flight which made us arrive a day later than anticipated. When I called the hotel, I was told that this would not be an issue, and that they would simply move my reservation date back and that I wouldn’t be charged. But, when I got to the hotel, I found out that they were indeed going to charge me for the missed night. This left a bit of a bad taste in my mouth.

Great location. We were on a cycle tour and had to hunker down during the onslaught of hurricane Fiona. The staff at the hotel were doing the best they could under extreme conditions with no power.

The emergency lighting in the hallways did not work so everything was in darkness. When I was still working, we had a weekly protocol where we tested the lights. Perhaps this might be a consideration for the hotel. I can understand the limitations of trying to operate a hotel without power, but at breakfast, the staff had to try and heat up water for tea and coffee using the candle type warmers used for keeping food trays warm. I would suggest the hotel have some propane stoves or BBQ’s available in the event of future power outages if only to make things easier for the staff.

Breakfast was great with a good selection to choose from. The room was quiet and comfortable. The pillows were amazing, would like to find some like them. Had the best two night sleep I've had in a long time

The bathroom ceiling has mold on it, the wall behind the chair was beat up. Had bee Crack filled but not painted. The tiles coming in the main entrance were broken and not in great shape.

Workers were very friendly and helpful. Location was great and breakfast was above average for what we usually get at a hotel.

There were no face clothes in the room (but we also didnt call to get any so they may have brought some if we had of) There was a constant water dripping sound coming from the bathroom which is hard to sleep during the night. There was also a very loud sound that you could here every few hours that we didnt know what it was, but thought maybe it was a door shutting from the side doors from people coming and going during the night.

I loved the ocean view room. The King bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean. The breakfast was good. Not lots of choice but food was delicious. The chef should be commended. I loved that there was a small fridge.

I didn't like that we had this huge room which held old furniture, only one Queen Ann Chair. The other chair was a straight back one at the small desk. I would have preferred to have a couch in the room instead because there was loads of room to put in couch which could seat two people. If you need to only put chairs, then put 2 comfortable ones. The coffee maker was on top of the fridge but no electrical outlet so I made coffee in the bathroom.

The rooms were beautiful, and the views phenomenal. Bed comfy, AC perfect. Staff were kind and accommodating. Location is as good as it gets in summerside. Staff provided great recommendations that made our trip wonderful.

The breakfast was so awful. Powdered eggs are simply gross, and the sausages were nasty. French toast was like eating a shingle. Maybe just remove breakfast from the offering, and have a small breakfast menu where fresh eggs can be offered. Coffee was good! Everything in Summerside closes by 8pm, even the hotel restaurant. Suggest to keep a single bartender until midnight to serve drinks and small snacks, we were SO BORED and couldn’t do anything after dinner.

The staff was exceptional. Mostly especially, Kim. Friendly and accommodating. The view of the water was beautiful. Right on the water there are places to walk and shop. There was no noise. We ate supper there and it was delicious. There was no air conditioning in the restaurant and it was a little stuffy but the attendant brought a stand up fan and set it up for us and it worked perfectly. They aimed to please and were very pleasant about it. Breakfast was delicious. There was a choice of boiled or scrambled eggs, sausage, hash browns, Greek yogurt and granola, french toast, and fresh fruit. Different juices as well as chocolate milk, tea or coffee that was topped up as often as was needed.

The restaurant where we ate supper, didn't have air conditioning ( or it just wasn't on at that time) and was a little stuffy because it was a very humid day but they set up a fan for us and it helped tremendously.

Bright clean room with a fantastic ocean view 😊 They let us check in early as well. The beds were very comfortable and we really enjoyed having 2 wing chairs to sit in instead of the usual 1 desk chair. The complimentary breakfast was very tasty and had lots of variety as well.

The only con was there wasn't any bacon with the breakfast buffet, but that is my personal preference for breakfast as I don't eat sausages. So it's not really a bad thing, just my personal preference.
