The best feature of this hotel was the great location with lovely views of Lake Memphrémagog from the rooftop terrace. We also loved that It was a short walk to the main street for breakfast and supper choices at a wide variety of restaurants.

It would have been preferable if we could have opened a window a little to cool the room and let in some fresh air. When we adjusted the thermostat to cool the room, we had to put up with fan noise.

Location was perfect walking distance to local restaurants and things to see/do around the town. Parking was acceptable and the hotel allowed one to keep their ski equipment in the room. Beds were comfortable and the fridge was quite large to handle keeping any breakfast or lunch food items/drinks. The hotel staff at the front desk were pleasant and helpful.

Location was great for walking to many amenities and visiting the town.

The door to the room didn’t shut tight unless with pushed it hard for a final click. Our room rate was more than what was originally listed on Booking.com so we feel we may have missed some fine print during our reservations online.

Very nice room with large bathroom. Excellent shower (lots of pressure). Staff was very nice. Near the main commercial area and beach so you can walk everywhere.

Noisy location at intersection of two main roads, although soundproofing in room was better than average. One small part of shower floor needs to be scrubbed.

Can't open window to let in air. A/C a bit noisy. Reception told me to take my small bag of garbage around to the bin at the back of the building; thought staff could handle that; I'm paying fir UT.

the location was close to where we needed to be. it was quiet and we like the roof patio. unfortunately we couldn't use it due to weather. Perhaps the next time.

it was too warm in the room. beds were very comfortable but the heat made it difficult to sleep. tried to turn it down but it appeared to be locked.

Ideal location. Very close to the action but without being bothered by it. Even if the proposed menu is very traditional, the chef has added some interesting variations.

The roof terrace could be better exploited. A simple background music would already make it possible to spend a pleasant moment there.

Basic hotel but room was very clean, everything in very good condition, and was modern (I.e.new floors). Location perfect for a visit to the town. Nice artwork in the room. Keurig coffee was from a local roaster (nice touch)

I love staying here because it is within walking distance to everything and the service is fantastic and the rooms are great as well.

I am not complaining but if the roof top terrace was a little more "arranged" and taken care of, but I enjoyed the terrace just the same!

The room was very clean, comfy beds, quiet even though on a busy road. Hosts were accommodating and pleasant.

The view was of a McDonald's across the street but otherwise good location and great stay!
