We stayed 2 nights to attend Christmas functions and a spa day. The beds were confortable with its duvet and lots of pillows! Even though We had a room facing the elevator, we did not hear a sound…it was very quiet! And we slept very well! The bonus of a little fridge was appreciated! The restaurant was closed because of the Holidays. We remembered the food was very good and very affordable when we stayed there in the last during Covid.

Our room did not have air conditioner. That would not have been a problem if the windows opened to the outside. The hotel was completely booked from the eclipse so we did not even ask to switch rooms. Being somebody who sleeps very cold, I was not comfortable. For a lot of people, that’s not gonna be a problem or an issue. Otherwise, everything else was pretty wonderful.

Great location; clean and comfortable rooms; onsite parking; waterfront access across the street; easy walking access to Magog's main street. Good restaurants nearby.

The only thing we were not as impressed with was the continental breakfast the hotel was trying out. The choices were minimal at best (2 cereals, 2 types of fruit, no cream for coffee, coffee takeaway cups had mismatched lids that did not fit. Just have some 'kinks' to work out.

Location, size of fridge, 24hr security/accessibility, comfortable bed and pillows, bath as well as shower .

No mention of roof top patio , saw it from street after checkout! No real cream for coffee despite the fridge. Not really what I consider a beachfront nor even really waterfront, but the water is very close and accessible.

The staff was most helpful at check-in and allowed us to arrive early. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was large and well appointed. With MickD across the street and a microbrew pub and Italian restaurant next door the location is unbeatable.

Great setting with easy access to town, trails and region. Central location. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, etc., Hotel room was clean, well supplied and comfy beds. Elevator and lots of parking.

They were trying out a breakfast bar. No coffee creamers (just milk), not a big variety of cerea (2)l or fruit (2), take away coffee cup lids provided, didn't fit cups.

Edge of downtown. Rue Merry, the park across the street, the railway closes by, and ease of driving around.

Front entrance for access to front door ! Stairs down, with approach for bags, or ramp is a sweeping poorly identified to the south with parking to the rear. Not easy in the rain

Location was very good. Close to shops and restaurants. Enjoyed the oriental restaurant on the premises. It was reasonable for the price.

The noise of the train sometimes in the middle of the night. Towels were a bit thin and they took long to dry.

Comfortable, spacious executive king room with 2 sofa chairs, a sofa bed (very comfortable couch), desk and table with 2 chairs! Well lit room, mini fridge was quiet. Clean, very comfortable, quiet. Nice linens, absorbent towels of generous size. 4 pillows, good parking, restaurants close by on the river. We would stay again,

Location, cleanliness, friendliness of staff. Everything was pleasant and snug.

It wasn’t the property’s fault, but the people upstairs from us made a whole lot of noise. We also heard a lot of knocking when the air conditioning was on.
