Breakfast was super good, for its price there is variety and quantity. The hot pool is superb, having a shower in the cold water and then getting into the pool is a very good experience. The sauna was super as well, it made you relax. The views are unforgettable, we had a mountain view which really shined at sunset. the room was Tidy and the bed was comfortable.

Even though breakfast was awesome, there were limited options for lunch or dinner. The menu had a little bit of variety but not many restorative options. Also, laundry carts are present pretty much all the time in the corridors, so if you are coming with lots of luggage you will stumble against laundry carts in the aisle.

Quiet, beautiful views, clean room was large, and even though there was some kind of wedding party or family get together, we never heard them . located perfectly close to downtown tremblant or the parc, everything was just a few minutes away in either direction

Their “ restaurant “ leaves a lot to be desired- food is ok if you are in a hurry but does not live up to the pictures they post.Thankfully like i said above - downtown tremblant is easy to get to with many restaurants available there

The hotel was really nice and in a beautiful location. It had a nice lounge and breakfast seating area, a pool/hot tub, sauna and cafe. The rooms were nice and beds were super comfy, the floor was padded which added extra comfort. There was even a red light therapy switch in the bathroom. All of this was great for the value of the room.

Would've liked to have better photos of the breakfast options. The french toast was good but the omelette option wasn't very appetizing. Both of them were ~$20 each after tax and tip which was a bit high for the portion size. I'd be willing to buy the breakfast again if it was cheaper or better quality and since we'll be coming up to the area again and perhaps with more people, I couldn't suggested it to my friends. If the hotel improves their breakfast options it'll really push this hotel into a perfect stay for us in the future.

Clean and comfortable, great location with amazing views.

Staff in front desk asked for money for extra coffee Capsules, We used to get them for free in most hotels even motels, If the hotel intended to sale them, then they should display them on they desk with a price tag or please remind guests to bring their own coffee capsules. I recommend the hotel to solve the extra coffee problem, if they are for free, and the staff are selling them without the hotle knowledge, then to solve to staff issues. No complimentary water in the room despite the high price per night? 200 $ dollar deposit on checking in, this is double amount most same rank hotels charges, I don't remember if this was mentioned on booking.com

when we arrived we asked about the Tremblant village and the front desk person told us that most everything was closed. she asked us why we were here before the season. This upset us since the village was an attraction we wanted to visit. She was very short with us and dismissive she said maybe next time we visit. Thankfully the village was mostly all open and we had a blast.

Great location, walking distance to the main street in downtown Tremblant, lots of shops and restaurants. Even though we suffered a power outage, the staff provided services they could. The spa and sauna was till working so who can complain.

The restaurant looked more more like a cafeteria than a restaurant. I can't comment on the food since I did not use the service but the bar is kind of a self serve affair with bottles and cans that you can put on your tab or pay directly.

The hot outdoor pool was amazing. Rooms were a great size, very comfortable and quiet. Got a discount at the tubing hill next door which was great but weren't told by hotel had to find out on out own even staff at tubing hill didn't all know we got a discount.

They need to put microwaves in all rooms. Or serve more selection at the bar downstairs. Not only did the bar have very little for food choices but they were out of 3 of the 5 choices. We ordered Nachos 2x. 2nd time they had no salsa or toppings so they served us chips with melted cheese on top and still charged us full price. No one wanted to eat them so we ordered something else which should have been free since we already paid for the nachos that weren't real nachos. It was very difficult to feed a family at the hotel with almost no selection in the hotel for food and you have a fridge which is great but no way to heat up anything.

My husband and I loved the spa bath in our bedroom. It was very calm and relaxing. Staff was very friendly, everyone would say hi to us. The cocktails were very good. The Hotel and room were clean and smell good. Loved the hot pool, sauna and the little sitting place at the back. It was a great relaxing weekend for us

Location was great...cross country skied on P'tit Train du Nord. Easy access to the highway. Pool and sauna were wonderful. Room and bathroon were nice and clean

Would have liked a room tidy (bed made, fresh towels) to be included. Thought there was a microwave. Room was clean and spacious but kind of sparse with no cosy place to sit and read comfortably.

Good location, clean comfortable room and bed. Small but OK exercise room and pool. Nice outdoor cabanas with mountain views. Enormous car park.

Poor sound insulation - can clearly hear next door shower running - people banging on the floor above. Breakfast is poor and the coffees at $5 way overpriced.
