We got a one bedroom and it had a ton of space, nice view of the village. Quick walk to the shops and restaurants in the village.

Ski in and out is a little stretch. The locker room in the basement has no benches for you to boot up (even though they don’t want boots in the hotel). When you exit out the back you either need to walk up a hill to get to the lift or ski all the way down and get on the people mover at the bottom of the village, not terrible but… half the time we were there they were making snow for that “trail” so it was either blocked off or icy. One day it was unskiable, you could hardly even just walk from the village To the hotel bc of the snow whales blocking the routes.

The property was very comfortable and convenient! The staff was wonderful and checked me in quickly and conveniently. Very happy there was heated underground parking. My room was spotless and well equipped. Would stay here again!

It was advertised as ski in/ski out. Which I would hesitate to call it. While VERY close to the main gondola it is up a steep hill, I carried my skis to the gondola. You could technically ski down the path to the entrance you have to ski over the main walking path in the village which is quite gravely. Not a big deal at the end of the day! Bring your own padlock for the ski lockers!

This hotel is located very near to the top of the village of Mont Tremblant, so the location was very convenient to so many of the amenities. We booked a two room suite and the beds were very comfortable and there was enough room for four adults and two children to all be in the room together.

On the first day of arrival we were told that the pool was colder than usual and one of the hot tubs wasn't working. We used the pool and tub the next two days with no issues: great! But on the last day of our stay the lifeguard did not show up to work so the pool was closed. This was extremely disappointing to my children and there was no explanation given other than the lifeguard (for a pool where the deep end was four feet) didn't show.

Hotel is perfect! We stayed in a studio on the second floor, very good size room, beautiful, with electric fireplace, super clean! Our room was next to elevator, but it did not bother us, good soundproofing. Very nice view with balcony. Kitchen has absolutely everything you need, full size refrigeration, dishwasher... Very good location, close to gondola, literally couple of min. Very good hot tub, renovated sauna (I guess cedar wood) you really enjoy after skiing. My son stayed in the same hotel couple of days ago and is absolutely happy with it as well. Many many thanks to all hotel staff for your hard job to make people happy!

Very comfortable room. Sofa bed was about as comfortable as a sofa bed ever is! The actual bed was quite comfy though. Good location in the pedestrian village.

It was awkward to get in/out of the shower. There is one glass door near the shower head, and that door runs half the length of the tub. The other end is open to get in and out of the shower, but it's also next to the toilet. A person with mobility or balance issues might have some difficulties.

I appreciated the size of the room we had as well as the comfort of the beds and the renovated bathroom.

I didn’t like that the path from the property to the pedestrian village was often flooded by water and muddy. Our suite has nearly everything we needed. Except for a frying pan. I was a little disappointed that we mentioned we were there to celebrate our 25th anniversary but that it wasn’t recognized or that they didn’t do anything special.

the room beat our expectations. Everything was very clean and well kept. The hottub and sauna were great but were a bit crowded on Friday night. We forgot an expensive toothbrush in the room and got it back through the fantastic lost and found system for Tremblant Village. That was very nice surprise!

We could hear the neighbouring rooms a bit but it didnt really cause any problems for us as the other room was quiet at night. Perhaps it was because we had a shared door with our neighbouring room.

Very comfortable room and bed with lovely view into a forest between the hotel and the Tremblant village. The kitchenette was very efficient use of space, with everything we needed.

Everything was fine with the stay. I would have preferred knowing in advance that parking was an extra charge.

Ease of access to ski lifts and all amenities.

Some parking spots in the garage aren’t meant for mid size SUVs and larger vehicles, so it wasn’t easy finding a spot. Hot tub water not warm enough and no soap in the showers near hot tub. Noise from neighboring rooms could be heard constantly.

The washing machine and dryer needs mobile app to operate, unfortunately both dryers wont connect to the app, so we end up with wet clothes, front desk offered to use the dryer at their nearby sister lodge, though not far, its still a challenge walking in the rain with a suitcase full of wet clothes. When we called support to get a refund, the person on the other line told us to give her our mailing address and will just mail the cheque. duh?! so much for using technology that they cant even do a simple etrans for refunds.
