Location was great, building and unit were very easy to get into with keypad. Unit was clean and modern and comfortable - a great size for a group our size.

Poor communication leading up to check in. I'd reached out with a number of questions that were just never answered. I didn't even get check-in details until I called them myself the day of, 2 hours before check-in.

I loved the apartment. It was decorated in a modern way very clean and cozy.i could have stayed forever. The staff were so helpful and accommodating, and the coffee and pastry place in same building. Wow best bagels ever. I will be back

No electricity in building apon arrival. No elevator

Great value and location. Easily hosted 8 adults (though two people were in bunk beds). Great views, rooftop terrace, and hot tub!

Could have been cleaner, furniture showing age (couch had significant staining). Was hoping hot tub would be to typical temp (100-104ºF), but was in low 90s upon arrival.

Recycling could be facilitated better Reception staff / cleaning staff were not that friendly. Advertised that hot tub was avaiable and would be turned on by staff in advance to make sure clean and ready, but our booking was not upheld - water was cold, no lights on the terrace and we were not able to use it.

Prepayment of deposit was not clear from booking process, and not possible for me in the web with link received due to issues with credit card app. However check-in on-site was easy, payment could be done with card at machine and electronic key received. The apartment is spacious (204) the bed was comfortable. Parking after 18:30 easily possible in front of hotel if you leave early. Charges apply only until 21h. Free coffee and coffee machine in the kitchen.

Apartment walls and ceilings are not very sound isolating, You could hear people walking and moving chairs, however still OK for me and other guests sticked to the rules of being quietly.

We did not use the breakfast service. The location was appropriate - not far from the event I was attending later that day.

I heard the occupants on the third floor, banging on the floor at 1 AM. It disturbed my sleep.

The location was great and in lovely neighbourhood. However not close to a metro. The accommodation was, spacious, modern and beds were very comfortable. We would recommend this place and would stay here again.

Thw cups and glasses were stored in an upper cupboard in the kitchen which was not easily accessible for short people. The shower head needed some simple maintenance.

Roomy accommodations for 4 in a great and interesting part of town with walking distance to many restaurants, bars, grocery stores, etc., and near to a metro station. And the outdoor deck which has an amazing view on the city.

Front desk concierge was helpful and friendly when we checked in at 2am. Provided good advice Re parking. Told us about the top floor terrace which was a hidden gem.

The bedroom is a little small but it is understandable.

The apartment was very clean and the reception staff were very friendly.

The bunk beds should be changed, and the cleaning outside the building should be improved.
